I ordered a bikini from this company, the bottoms were fine, but the top was too big so I re-purchased this. Once paid for, I never received the order and have not had any help in trying to solve this issue. My initial email to them was on the 12th of April and since then I’ve been chasing with hardly any response. The customer service has been terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them at all

Received my green swimsuit in matcha order. Fits me perfectly and i love the colour. Cant wait to wear on holiday!

Ordered swimsuits however had to return due to poor sizing couldn’t even fit them on. Once returned they responded saying they won’t be refunding me and will be sending them back as their is a small mark conveniently on both swim suits, which I couldn’t even get on and have never wore, the hygiene seal was still attached and the tags were still on the marks were not from me as they went straight in the packet after I couldn’t get them past my legs. After reading reviews it looks like they’ve also done this to multiple other people so I can only assume they’re actually marking these themselves when returned to avoid having to refund. I am now £90 out of pocket it’s very disappointing because I actually did want to order from here again and they’ve now lost a customer due to their service and I’m sure a lot of other people feel the same with their experiences with this brand I’m honestly so flabbergasted that a brand can do something like this it’s awful

Waiting a month for a response about my refund. Provided all returns information and still not refunding my £100. Absolute ridiculous! Do not buy.

I have ordered a few times from Kasela and always loved the items, the lace fabric they use is insane quality and has the best stretch in it to be super comfortable and flattering. The colours of the fabrics are also perfect and I have got so many compliments whenever I wear something Kasela! They are also super responsive on email / socials which is helpful. One of my favourite brands, definitely reccomend!! 💕

Quick delivery considering they are made on demand. Very good quality. I definitely notice a difference compared to the super cheap brands.

I recently ordered from them, my parcel was sent out on a timely manner and I was excited to get my stuff !

The day it got delivered, nobody was in my house and the post man left it at my door. Sadly when I got home, my parcel was nowhere in site (I live on a main road and my house is accessible from the road).

I have now emailed twice, messaged their “help” instagram page and even posted comments on their Instagram feed and still nobody has gotten back to me.

I spent £90 on two items and for their customer service to be this shocking is unreal.

I will be going through my bank to see what I can do with regards to this !!

Super cute I ordered the lemon print bikini and omg it’s to die for! Fit is just what I needed it to be sizing is true to size and exactly states on the website 🧡 will be ordering more sets when they launch more stuff for summer! ✨🤩

SCAMMERS who keep your money and don’t reply. I ordered a set from Kasela and returned due to the wrong size. I was told one item was rejected due to a “mark” and was sent a picture of nothing. There was no mark as the item was literally unpackaged and repackaged straight away as it was clearly the wrong size for me. I replied asking for more info and pictures to show this mark. Not a single reply after the first email and I’ve now sent 4. They still have my money for the full order and I’m having to ask my bank to investigate. Steer clear.

I’ve had multiple things from Kasela and everything I’ve had is a 10/10. I recently wore the soft cream set for my birthday and I’ve never had so many compliments on an outfit🤩 not only did it look amazing, it also felt amazing and kept me so warm!

Will definitely be shopping with the brand again🩷✨
