Absolutely ripoff. I only wish I’d thought to check Trust Pilot first. I ordered one set but was immediately charged for three separate orders. They added $80.00 to the quoted price of each and when we tried to contact them there is no customer service….just a run around email reply that indicated they would help you only after your take a survey. Total and complete ripoff!!

Feeling being scammed by their ordering tricks. Been fished to a low price but ended pay for double. When asked to alter or cancel the order after 2 minutes, said already packed. Completed soft scam. No matter how good or bad the product is. The company is a never touch type for sure.

Nearly bought as they tried to take extra money out of my account but stopped in time....so watch out for this scam.

SCAM do not purchase from here. They over changed me $85, I contacted them immediately and they said my order has already been sent to the courier… within a few minutes??? Not possible, and they won’t cancel the order. Absolute scam

I tried to cancel my purchase immediately after placing. Katuchef said it had already shipped and was unable to cancel the order. The first time I used this cutting board, I sliced the tip of my finger on the handle edge which is razor sharp. This product is DANGEROUS. I will not purchase anything from Katuchef ever again. Do NOT buy this cutting board. Unfortunately I found this out a few weeks after the 30 day refund period. So I am throwing this $66.75 into the recycling bin. It is not fit for human use! Shady company and terrible product.

upon ordering the company doubled my order charging me more than double I immediately let them know, said order had been packaged and sent and could return when it arrived. It states 5 to 9 working days, order took two months, 2nd mistakenorder never arrived they refused to deal with it as it was over 90 limit for returns Scam company minus 5 stars

I purchased two Katuchef boards. Almost immediately, my bank sent me a “fraud alert” with one amount declined and the other pending approval. I contacted Katuchef to cancel my order. They replied the order has been packaged for shipment. I did receive the order but Katuchef had initially tried to charge an extra amount over my order (which was declined). I contacted them twice more expecting an explanation. No response. Don’t trust them.

I bought Katuchef and received an email saying that within 24 hours they would send me the tracking number, along with my order number. I waited two weeks and then contacted their support to ask about my order. They apologized for the delay and told me they would send it soon. Another week passed, and I followed up again, requesting a refund. They told me my ticket had been closed. I started over from the beginning, and they replied that they couldn’t issue a refund because the order hadn’t been received. I repeated that I hadn’t received it, and they sent another email that was clearly automatic and completely out of context. Now that I’ve written again saying I’ll report them to a consumer protection agency, they no longer respond at all. It’s a scam!! Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

The cutting board, when used, shows cuts that appear to show the board has some kind of painted surface. Each cut showed a cut in the "paint". Very strange that a cutting board has this kind of surface! I reached out to the company and they asked that I complete survey, which I did. I asked to return the four I had ordered for family members (those were still in the box) and they made no mention of how to process the return. Then when I reached back a few weeks later, they said that since 30 days had passed, nothing more could be done. Do not order this product; it's clearly a scam.

I bought these cutting boards directly from Katuchef as recommended. They do not seem any better than others that are way cheaper. For example, the one I'm currently using is totally scratched up and my new knives seem way duller than they should be. I don't know how to tell if the cutting boards are titanium or not, but if titanium is scratch resistant, then I guess these cutting boards are not.

First time we used it. It's not actually titanium, because it was scratched the #@$& out of by a cheap steak knife.

Purchased a cutting board from TryKatuChef.com. I ordered 1 board, but the order came across as 2 boards. I immediately called the customer service number listed on their web page and spoke to representative about correcting this order. He said it could not be corrected, it must be cancelled, and he would have it cancelled.
10 days later, on 24Dec, the charge remained on my Discover card account, so I disputed the charge with Discover.
Today, 3Oct the cutting boards arrived at my house. I emailed them for a RMA which they refused to give, but they started offering me discounts on my order 25% and 50%. I repeated my request for an RMA to return these items or a 75% discount. Silence from them. I’m hoping that Discover finds in my favor and reverses the charge permanently.
In general, buyer beware when purchasing any titanium cutting board, the marketing of these appears to be a huge scam where you’re getting primarily not titanium but stainless steel or a very thin titanium coating. It’s difficult to trust any vendor, including all the $30 titanium cutting board you see on Amazon but that’s another matter.

The board was bent on arrival and generally poor quality. I asked for a refund and was offered four successive discounts before they eventually agreed to refund me. I was told to return the board registered mail and provide the postal receipt. I did this. I then spent three months chasing a refund. Each time the case is closed automatically once they have answered and you get a new person starting all over again when you open a new claim. Every single person said something slightly different. I have emailed, I have done live chat and I have phoned them. None of them returned my money. I contacted my bank, and no refund had been issued. After three months of stress I am now resigned to having lost a whopping £60. DO NOT BUY. SIMPLY DON'T BOTHER. IT'S A SCAM

After placing order and paid for 2 pcs of the boards, there were page after page of the product's reduced price and I accidentally clicked on them to get out of the pages but in realityI was tricked to placing orders 2 times more & it was charged automatically by auto order which I sm not aware of this tricky advertising. I was fuming mad & contacted the support team immediately within minutes after placing the order and received a reply that it had been packed & shipped within minutes then I received replies with various persons replying with unsatisfactory response except one who replied to my question on how many pieces will I be receiving in this tricky website advertised. Of course, you have to bear the cost to return it especially most of us will not do it. Such a great disappointment with this company and please do not order directly from this company but from Amazon or other known reputable online shopping app.

They added $300 of things to this order and although I tried to cancel the order within 30 mins, was told it is already packaged and sent. This will be returned before opening. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Would give them zero stars if I could. I'd never heard of this company but suddenly I'm getting spammed at my personal, private e-mail account multiple times an hour. I absolutely hate businesses that do this. The greed it off the hook. Any company that treats my personal information as a commodity in this fashion will guarantee that I will NEVER give them a dime. I'd recommend anyone to stay away from shady companies like this.

This board is fantastic. So light and easy to clean. Push knives are sharper than ever!! A really great product. Highly recommended!

I have owned this cutting board for over a year and it appears to have no signs of slowing down. The titanium material itself is so hardy, it has shown zero signs of scratching, warping, or staining thus far, unlike my old plastic boards, which were marred up after one or two uses. The double sided element is awesome, I like using this board for raw and cooked foods to stay 100% separate, which is a sure win on the hygiene front for me. Cleanup is a breeze, just rinse it under the tap or toss it in the dishwasher. It helps keep my knives sharper for a longer period so that it saves me time as well as money on sharpening. My only wish is that it came in a larger size as well, but to be honest, the size works good for my purposes. I will say overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

I’m so, so glad I transitioned to this titanium cutting board. My old wooden one was a disaster; no matter how much I scrubbed and soaked, it stank of garlic or onions. This, however, does not keep any stank at all. It’s also super easy to clean and looks great on my counter. Best upgrade I have made to my kitchen in a long time!

So I do a lot of meal prepping on Sundays and this cutting board has been a complete game changer. The size of it is just right for me to chop up a whole bunch of vegetables at once, as opposed to several batches in my food processor, which has saved me so much time. What provides a very nice peace of mind for me is an antibacterial feature: I know my hands are clean, especially when I’m dealing with pounds of raw chicken or beef. And I don’t have to think about cross-contamination at all anymore. It’s incredibly easy to clean. I typically just rinse it out, but it's also dishwasher-safe if I like want a deeper scrub. The board is very well made, despite several months of extremely heavy use it looks like new. My only small negative is that it can be a bit heavy, but you’ll get used to the weight quickly enough after one use. I would recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time in their kitchen.
