The Katzkin upholstery added to my new Ram truck is absolutely beautiful. If it lasts like it did in my 2016 Ram, I'll be a very happy driver.

I knew I wanted Katzkin interior but Karla G. made the process so smooth and effortless for me. The online seat cover design is great, but there’s so much more they offer! I was able to get a custom headrest design and the designers made it perfect. Then once it got to the installer they were also fantastic! Absolutely love my design and will definitely look at getting them for our other car.

The customer service was great. The product was great quality. The process was very smooth and fast from start to finish.

Had a choice between Katzskins and their main competitor to upgrade the interior of my 2023 Camaro. Glad I used Katzskins. I worked with Susan and she was extremely helpful. She took my ideas and after a few iterations came up with and interior that exceeded my expectations on my Camaro and came in at less than I thought it could and in full leather which is and option they now have. I was then able to work their installer Maumee Trim and Upholstery to complete the rest of the interior also under what I thought it would cost. They were also very accommodating and highly recommended. Their price per yard of extra material is extremely reasonable at $10 a yard so it’s definitely smart to order extra to finish the interior properly. I’m very pleased with how the whole experience went and love the way my car looks now.

Leather is great but install company was not. I have to take it back for the second mistake they made.

When I purchased a new vehicle that had cloth covered seats I asked if they could be replaced. Katzkin was recommended as the best possible replacement. After the work was completed I was amazed at how perfect they are. The quality of the leather and the installation far exceeded my expectations! I am extremely pleased. Thank you.

Initial installment was not satisfactory and the dealership had to escalate to a supervisor to return to have fixed. Had to wait extra days to get vehicle back due to this issue. Leather not as tight as if it came from manufacturer but overall looks good after second attempt.

Fantastic new look for my Ram 1500 interior. I'm super satisfied with Katzkin and their leather product!

The color selection was very important to me because my car is gold and the base interior is dark brown using the maze and mahogany was an ideal combination. The installer in Columbus is well known as a quality company. The work that was done was very professional and complete. I look forward to enjoying this in my daily driver for several years.

I was tired of the boring, black, soft tex seats in my 2022 RAV4 XSE. I spoke to Jan at Katzkin. Jan was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and professional person I could imagine. I now have a vibrant, RED Leather interior, of the most amazing material. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Katzkin.

This is our third experience with Katzkin leather and each time we have been delighted with the results.

I was pleasantly surprised and please with my order. I can’t say enough about this great purchase that I made.

Very poor customer service. I asked three times for the name of the shop they intended to use. They said they would let me know after the charge, if I had any issues with who they selected they would give me a refund. I didn’t care for any of the shop options and asked for a refund. I was then called by yet another (4th) person trying to convince me not to cancel. I continued to ask to cancel because I didn’t want my vehicle in a poor service shop. Then when further pressing for a refund it’s now a matter of several days.

I had a few questions on there interiors for my zl1, supra & CT5-V since i didn’t see them as an option on the website. I got all of my questions answered, mind you i called at 7:00pm est!!! Definitely great customer service and good interior as well have yellow interior on my 10th gen civic and it looks amazing!

(Edited to add: Katzkin has had such great follow through in communicating with me regarding my experience. Impressed with their compassion and customer service.) The seats turned out beautifully! Quality work and beautiful product. The Katzkin team and the installers were both easy to get in touch with. The only thing I (originally) downgraded for, was that there were a couple communication errors between the installers and Katzkin. Because of this, I ended up having to make multiple trips to get my install completed. This was 1 hour and 15 mins one way for me, so in total, I had 5 hours (more because traffic) to get the install done. Also, one of the last parts of the install was done in the incorrect color. I am confident Katzkin would have rectified this, but I was happy with the result and decided to keep it as is. Plus, I really did not want another few days without my car and 2.5 more hours of travel time. If the process could have been completed correctly in one trip, I would have definitely given 5 stars. The interior and product are amazing. Also, the communication between Katzkin and I was always very quick and easy.

Easy to work with, was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Customer service help with warranty.
I love my seats and so does everyone who sees them.
