Start with your dealer - Katzkin customer service did not seem to want to help me.
My dealer (new truck) offered to pay for Katzkin seat leather install since the truck I'm buying doesn't come with the color of leather I wanted.
Of course, they won't pay for a full blown custom install (every possible option and premium upgrades), so I called Katzkin customer service to find out the differences in the leathers and which ones would cost more/less, which ones could be perforated for ventilation, etc. so that I'd be ready to have the conversation with the dealer.
Customer service was of zero help. Just kept telling me to negotiate with my dealer and rushing to hang up. Thanks for nothing. A real turn off.
I called today and explained my experience. Appreciate the willingness to listen.

Customer Support rocks
This is my second go with Katzkin interiors and love the product. What's more - an order issue that caused me some inconvenience was handled supremely by Customer Support Assistant Samantha, giving me further reason to appreciate the product. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I honestly feel like that's the key takeaway for anyone on the fence about making a purchase.

Great material and craftsmanship
Great material and craftsmanship. The only negative is I used to have my heated seats on 1 maybe 2 and they would be hot. Now After leather install I have the heated seats on 3 and I can barely feel it.

Kara with Katskins made this whole process very smooth! I chose Pacific Blue with black for my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse and it came out better than I thought! Leather is very nice and comfy. 💯 recommend!

I went on line just to look at options.
Submitted my info for a return call
And after that the team at Katzskins worked up an awesome design with me.
They were very responsive very friendly answered all my questions extremely helpful and the price was unmatched for the quality you’re getting.
They made the process so easy even down the scheduling my appointment. And to top it off the install on my vehicle was completed in the same day. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a vehicle with leather seats again I’ll save my money there and have Katzskins installed the material is way better quality then you’re getting from a factory built car with leather. 10/10

Mahogany with Black Piping
I had mahogany leather with black piping installed in my Land Cruiser and it came out beautifully. Roy handled everything for me, from finding the best pricing and promotions to find with a reputable shop close to my home for the installation. New interior makes for new happiness
Got a recommendation from a shop that regularly works with Katzkin. True to their reputation, Katzkin is a great company with great staff. Chantel in sales worked with me on ideas, sent mock-up photos, and ensured I got an excellent package price. Janette in warranty made sure I was completely satisfied with the end results. The new Katzkin upholstery looks so much better than OEM, gets plenty of compliments, and simply makes me much happier with my vehicle.

Awesome customer service and top shelf quality product. I had installed an inferior “leather-like” product myself and quickly found out it didn’t hold up like the original leather on my 28 year-old Miata. I knew of Katzkin’s reputation from forums and social media posts by those who used them. While the cost was more than I really wanted to spend, the product itself and the professional installation were superb, removing any misgivings I had about buying these! I was sent swatches of their tan offerings and was able to select the one that was dead-on my original color. BRAVO, Katzkin!!
