Awesome customer service and top shelf quality product. I had installed an inferior “leather-like” product myself and quickly found out it didn’t hold up like the original leather on my 28 year-old Miata. I knew of Katzkin’s reputation from forums and social media posts by those who used them. While the cost was more than I really wanted to spend, the product itself and the professional installation were superb, removing any misgivings I had about buying these! I was sent swatches of their tan offerings and was able to select the one that was dead-on my original color. BRAVO, Katzkin!!

I called the company and agreed on a price in a design. The next day I received a call and everything changed. They did not honor the price and downgrade our design. They had no explanation why things changed. They just said have a good day. Terrible business practice. In my opinion, they’re only looking out to the bottom line and not the customer. Not to be trusted.

It was truly a pleasure working with Amber and the Katzkin team on my custom Signature Cardinal Red leather seats for my Audi Q8. Every question was addressed promptly, and I received full support from the team throughout the process—from coordination to installation. The work was completed smoothly and delivered on time.

I’m extremely impressed with the outcome and genuinely amazed by the exceptional quality of both the craftsmanship and the installation. I would highly recommend Katzkin and look forward to referring others and working with the team again in the future.

I had my Katzkins installed in August of 2025. They are excellent quality and they look great. In December I placed something on my seat and it caused a slight tear in the lower portion of the upper back of the driver side seat and I was very concerned that it was going to cost me a bunch of money to replace it. After getting a hold of a representative they offered to replace the upper portion of my seat for free as a courtesy since I had just had them installed. What excellent customer service. But not only the great customer service just the total excellent process of selecting my covers getting them scheduled for installation and then having them installed at my house for no additional charge was just totally awesome. I will be using katzkins again in the very near future for my daughter's 2022 ram tradesman with cloth seats.

Not a good experience with this company. First, I had problems with the installation because the installers did not know what they were doing and ruined the first set of seats. Secondly, the cooling unit heats the back of the seat instead of cooling it, which is miserable in the summer. I made several calls to Katzkin to try to resolve this which were ignored. And finally, the seats are advertised as leather and are actually synthetic. My advice would be to stay away.

I called Katzkin and someone was with me almost immediately. She stayed on the phone with me for about 45 minutes to ensure the order was exactly how I wanted it. Very happy with the seat covers. Would buy again.

I purchased my leather seats in August 2021 and added the Two-Degreez heating and cooling system. Shortly after installation, the cooling feature stopped working. I returned to the original installer, who fixed it, but it only worked for two days. I was then sent to a second installer an hour away, where the cooling function appeared to work.

On the drive home, my vehicle’s A/C stopped working. After my mechanic repaired the blower, the A/C worked again—until I turned on the seat cooling, which caused the A/C to fail once more. This cycle repeated, and further inspection revealed a blown fuse each time. Ultimately, my mechanic traced the issue to the seat cooling system being improperly wired into the vehicle’s A/C system, causing the fuse to blow.

I contacted Katzkin and was promised a $700 refund and a repair appointment to correct the installation. Neither the refund nor the repair was ever provided. As a result, I was sold a feature I cannot use. While the leather seats themselves look good and have held up well, the cooling system has been unusable.

Absolutely amazing experience. There was some confusion in my order which I thought was my fault but without any questions asked Katzkin replaced the covers that I ordered and I couldn’t be happier. I would use them again and again.

I can’t say enough about all the people at Katelin…especially Amber in customer service who seems to be working 24/7 to ensure that my awesome (they look amazing) seat covers reach the installers on a very tight timeline.

I ordered custom leather seats, and am very pleased with how they came out. I found the Katzkin staff to be very responsive and helpful.

I was on the fence for sometime, thinking that this upgrade would be out of my comfort zone, in regards to the price range. I am beyond happy. The customer support, the follow through. The quality of the seats gave my old 96 2 door Tahoe new life. Katzkin for the win, all day. Special thank you to Sabrina for he professionalism and great customer service.

The seats were replaced in one day and came out fantastic.

I heard about Katzkins from a passerby that had a bronco as I do also and showed me what he had done...he was impressed with the workmanship and quality. So was I, so I went on-line and started the process of designing what I wanted through there website and with the help of Ashley, we came up with exactly what I wanted...3 weeks later it was installed by a company near my home and they as well did a great job installing them in about 4 hours!
I am very pleased with the whole process and will be recommending Katzkins to my friends!

Easy, wish they had more installers but wasn’t bad only 45 minute drive, seats are beautiful and came out so much better than I expected, John was patient and not pushy and I did eventually get him the sale and I’m so happy I did worth it!

I wasn’t sure about putting aftermarket leather seats in my brand new ‘26 Silverado HD but they are Beautiful! So glad I did!
Amber made some suggestions, I decided on the two-tone of brown down the center and Black on the sides…Sweet!
Well worth the $$ and I saved Bigly compared to what the higher Chevrolet trim levels would’ve cost me to upgrade to the OEM package

The customer service is excellent! I wasn’t sure what color leather would match my vehicle and the associate sent me swatches to help me decide. The price for the material and installation was great as well.
