They ended up doing exactly what I wanted. I wanted orange thread, the install agreed, but they charged me for the thread. I wanted my Harley Davidson emblems reused. They installer refused. I said that I would pay for them to do that. They than agreed. They Charged an additional $500 plus costs about $560. The results were absolutely gorgeous!

Very pleased with the final product. Better than 99% of all the interiors out there.

Ricardo helped me design the exact leather package I was looking for with my Camry XSE. I ended up with a Tuscany Amaretto design. The leather was promptly shipped to the authorized installer and I had it installed within three days. I’m very pleased with the end results. The interior is stunning!

Katzkin far exceeded my expectations in every way and totally transformed my 2022 F150 STX to another level. Roy is the best sales and customer service guy in the business, if you are on the fence, just do it, the whole process was great and the seats are incredible.

Worked with Katzkin directly. Went through the quoting process. Everything was great and I liked the options and price. After I paid I was ghosted by the salesperson for a few days until he finally answered back with a request for $739 more dollars. Their reasoning was that they do not currently have that pattern in their database and I need to pay for them to create the pattern. Mind you, Katzkin leather could then use that pattern for other customers. I found the whole situation shady. At least they refunded my money but it took 5 days.

Update: The contact provided goes to a general customer service line and you talk to someone who knows nothing of your specific situation. When I explained the situation, she mentioned further details that were left out by the original salesperson. Katzkin should be a hard pass!

From the very first conversation with John Farrell for a quote he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent me a few ideas while my phone was on speaker and explained everything very well. Today 9/5. Creative Design in Orlando is the certified installer near me. (Also highly recommended by John Farrell). I am blown away with the quality of the new interior. John reccomended new seat foam and that was an excellent reccomendation. Now my 2016 Ram feels brand new again! Financing was also simple no interest. After the sale and before the install I would text John with questions and he would always reply back with answers and happy to assist. Great experience all the way around.

Juan Adame my installer was very professional and clean. Looks like I have a new truck. He came and worked really hard. Had to take the seat to his house to put in foam which is above and beyond he fixed my passenger seat, which of course is more beat up than anything. I would highly recommend one the product and Juan they have your vehicles done.!
He also came a week early, which is nice! A real positive experience!

This is my third set from here and there all bad ass this last set is for a 2008 xb and car is being built for car shows im very happy happy with this company and will display them at the shows

Katzkin had a smooth process all the way from me designing on the website through to installation. I worked with Roy at Katzkin to design and redesign my seats. He was complimentary, quick to respond, and explained everything thoroughly. The local install went very well also, quick and reliable. I am super satisfied with the whole process and very happy about my new Wrangler seats. They make me smile every day.

The quality of the leather is excellent but the sales consultant/advisor is even better. Chantel Santos helped me in every aspect of the purchase from the design of the seat and picking out of the quality of leather to the perforation and color of the stitching.

The quality of my leather seats is incredible. They look perfectly aligned to the seat, and are supple to the touch. The stitching detail and the barracuda inserts is impeccable. Worth every single penny. I’m in love with my new interior and it really put the finishing touch on my automobile.

Rose provided best customer service and because of her positive attitude it was a very delightful experience. I used to buy leather for a car and pay thousands in car dealership upgrades, but with Katzkin I get a better quality product and save thousands from leather upgrade fees.

I initially found Katzkin while looking for seat covers for my new truck with cloth seats. I didn’t realize when I requested a quote that Katzkin was a full reupholstering of the seats. I got a call from Lee regarding my quote and I thought it was going to be super expensive. Turns out, it’s more affordable than getting the upgrade from the dealer. Lee made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He never tried to pressure me into a sale and answered all of my questions. They were even able to add my logo to the headrests which has gotten a really positive response from everyone I’ve shown it to so far. The local, certified installer they sent me to was just as professional and did a great job on the install. I highly recommend Katzkin!

I love my new two tone leather seats for my '25 Ranger XLT. For me there was no other choice but Katzkin for the leather. I knew I wanted leather for this new truck which came with standard cloth seats. After reaching out to Katzkin, Rose reached back out to me. She was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with for anything. I loathe dealing with any sales person for any type of retail but Rose blew that concept out of the water. Working with her was more like working with a designer which she was. We went over all the options including custom options. I finally settled on a customized look and style for the seats. From the picking of the leather, the scheduling of the installation (they come to you!), and finally the installation, all of the communication from everyone, especially Rose!, was great. Everything felt smooth and I never felt under pressure. I am a lifetime customer at this point.
