I purchased a watch from this store
I purchased a watch from this store, and while the item arrived on time, the experience quickly went downhill. After trying it on, I realized it was too big for my wrist. I contacted customer service just two days later to request an exchange for the same model in a smaller size. To my surprise, they refused, stating that because I had opened the package, I was no longer eligible for a return or exchange. This is completely unreasonable—how else was I supposed to know if it fit? I expected better service and a more customer-friendly return policy. I won’t be shopping here again.
