Do not use Kayson - there are only better options.
A dishonest and appalling service.
Our family recently had an amazing holiday in Zimbabwe. Everything and everyone in Zimbabwe, other than Kayson car hire, were wonderful.
We had organised a 9 seater vehicle well in advance of the trip and this had been confirmed multiple times. We were due to hire this vehicle in two separate stints.
On arrival in the country, whilst walking over to fetch the vehicle, they told us the vehicle had a maintenance issue and we could instead have an alternative 7 seater. This was a real squash for us and was in poor condition but we didn't feel we had many options at the end of a day's worth of travel.
They reassured us repeatedly that the 9-seater would be sorted for the second longer period of our trip.
On the day we needed the vehicle they said the vehicle was fixed. On arrival at the airport no-one was there to meet us with the vehicle. There was back and forth on the phone for an hour with constant reassurances the vehicle was 10 minutes away.
An hour later they said by the way the 9-seater is not available but you can have the 7-seater. We went to Impala car rental at the airport instead and they were brilliant.
