We purchased two delta faucets recently from KBA. We immediately realized we had ordered the wrong color and were notified that we would have to pay a $300 restocking fee plus the shipping fee back to them because they do not actually own the items. We put in a request to waive the restocking fees if we were to order the correct faucets through KBA. Customer service was not a help at all and just told me that the policy was stated online. We understand policies, but we were trying to order the correct ones as well. $300 is a heavy fee to pay for anyone considering we had the items for less than 48 hours before we started the return process. We would have been better off ordering on Delta’s website and having free returns for 90 days. We will not be returning to KBA for any future business.

Their Sales and Customer Service teams are exceptional! I at times can be difficult to deal with, and their reps had always been very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me. They’ve answered all my questions, made sure the products I ordered were in stock and even called the warehouse to verify the availability for my peace of mind. Their sales guy guided me through some of the best options for my bathroom remodel, and I ended up loving every product I purchased with them!
I got everything within the timeframe that was promised. Will order again.
This is not my first purchase from KBA Authority. I’ve previously bought several products from KBA and have always been satisfied! I have now ordered a new vanity and customer service was super helpful in picking out exactlt what i need at an amazing price. Delivery was on time, even earlier then expected delivery date.KBA was in contact with me throughout the whole transaction until they confirmed that delivery was made and that i was satisfied. I highly recommend KBA to everyone, highlighting their professionalism and competetive prices.

Originally purchased the vanity from another company. Their customer service people were too far from professional and aren't knowledgeable enough to handle. Balance of their departments wouldn't take time. KB Authority people did. Not to mention that the item turned out to be on sale so I ended up paying almost $500 less than at your typical box home improvement store. Customer Service was updating me on the order status every step of the way, the order arrived quickly and was packaged well. Highly recommend KB + A - the site is great, easy to find what you're looking for. Overall very happy with my purchase and how kbauthority has handled it.

This is an attractive kit for your bathroom. Folding shower door but buyer beware that it is cheaper material and it does not come with the doorstop on the opposite side. The rail leaks from the underside so a special modifications have to be made to make sure that it doesn't leak. We've been waiting for somebody in technical support to email us back and help solve the problem. Nothing yet
Purchased a hot and cold water faucet dispenser from them and when I received it there were multiple other mailing labels on the box and also the box the product was in and when my plumber attempted to install it it had leaked so they sold me a defective item and when I notified them about it I got no response from that. I’m pretty sure all the other people who received this item from them returned it back because it was defective they knew that and did nothing about it. Do not do business with this company!
Received exactly as described and in 4 days rather than their projected date of 6-8. Was built and packaged in the manner they use to do in the USA. It was delivered in a small but sturdy, 1/4 inch plywood box and wrapped in cushioned tape. Couldn't have been packaged better as the product was bendable and easy to dent. But, this company came through it with an amazing product, no dings or damages and thus to hassle with returns etc.! Great product, fantastic company.
I purchased a beautiful vanity from KB authority. Absolutely no issues. It took a week or two longer to get the vanity but it's the most beautiful vanity I've ever seen. Waaayyy better than anything than at Lowes or Home depot. It was packaged and shipped professionally with no damage.
I would not recommend! I ordered a vanity that was continually backordered. Understanding supply chain issues are not KBA’s problem, but failing to provide realistic timelines and a lack of communication are.
The initial order was placed October 30 and after several weeks of delays, I canceled the order on January 5. It’s February 23 and have still not received a refund! They’ve had my money for almost 5 months ($1700+). I should receive my refund plus interest!
Who does business like this? Spare yourself the headache and buy from Home Depot. All of the same products are sold there and the customer service is much, much better.
Stay away from this company. There customer service sucks. Unanswered emails unreturned phone calls. They didn’t answer a question I had about a product so I ordered it and quickly realized it would not fit my bathroom. I went to their website and use their contact form to cancel the order one day after I ordered it. It was a weekend so their office was closed that’s why I use the contact form. My order status claim that the order has not shipped and their website said that the orders ship in 3 to 5 business days so I gave them plenty of notice to cancel the order. They shipped it anyway. My item cost $877 they are trying to charge me $320 to restock the item. I canceled the order on December 10 and I still haven’t got a refund

I ordered 2 of the same size cabinets in August, my contractor advisor I needed one of the to be smaller, I called to revise my order, seemed simple and easy. When I provided the dimensions needed, the sales rep quoted me the model # and asked me to repeat back to her. I did, I don't know model #'s just the dimensions and finish I needed. When the shipment arrived in Oct, you guessed it wrong dimensions. A few weeks later I finally received the approved RMA to return and placed a new order with the same dimensions and this time the right model #. A few weeks after the return, I only receive a portion of the proceeds back due to a 20% restocking fee. I wrote, called and continued to contact. Finally a reply with the recording and they told me 6 min into the call I gave them the wrong model #, but they failed to listen to the 1st minute into the call where I provided the dimensions and their team provided the model #, b/c I parroted back what I was told, I was now responsible for knowing their models. 2 months later, I finally resolve the 20% dispute with my credit card b/c they were too lazy or uneducated on how to follow through on a return.
Then my replaced cabinet ordered in October for delivery in November was delayed to mid-December. One 12/13 (mid-December), I reached out for an update where I received the snarky response that "On Nov 28 you were told it would be delivered in mid-Dec". I reframed from saying "hey dumbass, it's now mid-Dec which is why I want an update". We exchanged multiple emails on what I thought was a simple question - provide and update on my order status. Then I finally receive the news it is planned for delivery the first week of January. Well Thursday, Jan 5 rolls around and no delivery, I call again and sit on hold then the promise to call me back, they don't. Instead I get an email stating the mfg canceled my order. I contacted the mfg and they shared that when they would not have accepted my order if they could not fulfill it and while the product that I ordered in 2022 has a new model that works with my exact dimensions and frame. I contacted K&BA, they had no idea on how they work with their mfg (at this point I understand the business processes better than their employees). They then try to buy their way out of being caught in a lie. I just want my $ back and to do business with a reputable company so I tell them that. The sales person tried to get me to say that I wanted to cancel the order - BE CAREFUL - If you say you want to cancel then then will charge you. A week later still no refund. I had to go through AMEX to have it taken care of (with only one call - I love AMEX). Mean while I'll get the cabinet I need in March from another company that has the 2022 and 2023 models available.

If I could put zero stars and still review them, I would have done so. Their product is great from past experience, however, be extremely cautious with this company. If you have a time constraint for receiving the shipment, be aware that my $2,000 order for Arizona was shipped to Brooklyn and has been sitting their for about 8-9 days with no change. I am likely to miss my construction window for the bathrooms in my house and they cannot even tell me what the problem is with getting it back on a truck or why it even went to NY in the first place. A total disaster. Sad because before covid, I had good success ordering their products. Take caution!
