First Class service

I ordered a Hyundai suitcase generator online at 3.40am on Wednesday 30th November 2022 and it arrived on my doorstep at 6.25pm on the following day, excellent service from Kelvin Power tools and DPD couriers, who kept me updated throughout the day as to where the generator was and what time it would be delivered.
I have unpacked the generator and all is as it should be but have yet to start it as waiting for the first power outage, which hopefully will never happen, which is why it was purchased, so we have some form of heat in the house.

festool sander

i ordered a festool sander, but after 3 weeks i decided this wasn't the one that i wanted, so spoke to Greig and explained what i wanted to do.
He told me to send back and He would credit me.
I ordered and paid for an upgrade before i got a refund, which i wasn't comfortable about, but as soon as Kelvin Power tools received the old sander back, they issued a prompt refund
Great company that i recommend and would definitely use again

Outstanging service and price.

Outstanging service and price.

Kelvin called to update his stock arrival from Bosch and Sander delivered next day following his stock arriving.

Even better is his informative site that guided me to an offer from Bosch and bagged my self a free tool which was worth £140.

Great service

Ordered Festool insulation cutting tool with additional Pir/Pur insulation board blades.
Ordered on very late on a Thursday evening. It arrived on Saturday morning, earlier than originally expected, which was on the Monday.
Everything in perfect condition. Not used as yet, however, the service has been great.
Price was the best that I could find, and the website was very easy to navigate.
Thank you Very much.
Will definitely use again.

Top service

Top service. Went in today for the Festool demo day and came out with a new drill, very reasonably priced. Coffee and snacks on offer as a bonus. Staff all very helpful and informative.
Great prices will definitely buy from again

Great Service and Good Prices

Ordered a hammer drill from this company during the Christmas and new year sales and whilst the main office was closed.

My query was answered within a few hours of the store re-opening, my order dispatched quickly and arrived with full tracking next day as promised.

Can’t fault the service provided and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

NOT REFUNDING RETURN

Advertising a product that they don't have in stock and instead of sending me a cheaper and low-quality model.
We've returned the package 15 days ago and contacted them several times providing all sorts of documentation proving that along with tracking number etc - NO RESPONSE.

We cannot get our money back. So far proves to be poor company and we don't advise using them.

Hi Iliyan. Quite frankly, your review is absurd. You ordered a Bosch GAS 18V-10 L dust extractor from us and that's exactly what we sent out. You're an Ebay trader. You ordered the extractor on our website for £101.99 and, unbeknown to us, had it sent to your customer who ordered it from your Ebay store for £136.99. We received a letter from your customer a few days ago demanding a refund for the £136.99 that they paid you, as it isn't the same product that you were showing on your Ebay store. We can't issue a refund to your customer and especially not for a higher amount than you paid us. They aren't our customer - they're your customer so their contract lies with you. You're the one who needs to contact us to request a refund - you're our customer so our contract lies with you. After receiving your customer's letter, we tried to contact you several times but you didn't answer. You didn't return the package to us 15 days ago - your customer sent it to us a few days ago. You also didn't contact us to request a refund until yesterday 30th November (when you left this review). Now that you've contacted us to request a refund, we've processed your refund. We've contacted your customer to explain all of this.

One man letting it all down

Poor customer service from Greg Murray, he seems to think it's reasonable for a customer to expect their order to sustain damage in transit and to not sufficiently protect customer orders with good enough packaging. Shockingly this gentlemen is the Sales Office Supervisor. Utterly disgraceful and the company should be embarrassed to be harbouring an employee like this.

Edit - I've tried to be as straight forward as possible as the team seem to put more effort into their replies on Trust pilot and Google than their actual customer service. It's comical.

Hi Dee. You aren't happy because your tool and L-Boxx are slightly scuffed. You want us to send you a tool and L-Boxx that are both in perfect condition without any marks. As Greig has explained to you, this isn't possible as we can't guarantee that the goods won't get marked during transportation. So we have offered you the following solutions:
1. We collect the goods and issue you a full refund
2. You keep the goods and we refund you the amount you paid for the L-Boxx

Ordered a Bosch Multitool on Friday…

Ordered a Bosch Multitool on Friday afternoon, 16:00. Item arrived the following Tuesday 13:30 - kept appraised of delivery status and arrived exactly when promised. Fast delivery, exactly what I wanted. Lboxx seal unbroken. Much cheaper than a leading competitor. Can't fault this company. Very happy with the product, extremely happy with the service. I will be using this company again in the near future.

Professional & Proactive good customer care

Order a high value item whilst moving house and although the payment was authorised by my banking app, they still taken the effort to call to confirm why the billing address was different to delivery on grounds of security. Really pleased ordered late Tuesday evening and security checked and delivered by DPD on Thursday. Will use again. Professional and proactive.

Poor service, good range

Seem to have a great range but found the staff to be exceptionally unhelpful. I'd recommend looking on the internet instead, the same advice i was offered by the shop staff when trying to purchase a circular saw and guide rail.

You turned up at our store and didn't know what make or model of saw you wanted. As our store is closed, we're unable to deal with any enquiries face to face. metabo ts 254 table saw…

Purchased a metabo ts 254 table saw from Kelvin tools, and i have to say the service was first class.
I was concerned to buy the updated model and this company was the only one advertising this fact.
I am very pleased with my purchase, the saw is first class and excellent value for money, I set the saw up and only had to correct the rip fence which was marginally out, and have been more than happy with it since.
My tips, read and understand the instructions, and purchase from Kelvin tools.

Spent the best part of £500 on a new…

Spent the best part of £500 on a new Panasonic multi tool has been playing up for ages only got around to contacting company now (didn’t register my bad) but have receipt. Only a few days out of warranty Told there is nothing can be done.!! Not a good experience would not be using again.

###As a reply to kelvin power tools response I have contacted Panasonic direct and they have honoured the warranty without any problems don’t see how this couldn’t have been sorted by supplier, seems like they just couldn’t be bothered.

Hi Derek. You bought your multi-tool from us on the 29th April 2020. The tool comes with a standard 1 year warranty. On our product page it tells you that you need to register to receive Panasonic's extended 3 year warranty. Panasonic also provide this information in with your tool. You didn't register for the extended warranty, so the tool is no longer under warranty. Panasonic won't accept a warranty claim from us without a warranty certificate, no matter how many days outside of the first year warranty it is. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about this.
