I had an issue with the product, but their support contacted me and sorted it out in a very short time. Sometimes seals being open in order to remove the charger or battery, because you choose to buy it without these components. This sounds fair to me. Products are new and undamaged.

First time I have bought from kelvin tools, I purchased a alfra mag drill, I have used these drills on hire for years occasionally and decided to buy one, iam so pleased with drill top quality for the price, I really like the power lead very long and flexible, to top it off excellent case as well, the drill was advertised with a keyless chuck but came with a keyed chuck, iam not disappointed with that as this is made in Japan and is a quality chuck I can live with that, fast delivery. I would recommend this company.

I bought a metabo mitre saw from these guys on a Friday at around 3pm. Woke up Saturday morning with a text from dpd stating parcel will be there before 10am. What an incredible company great price and service. A lot of companies use covid as excuse for slow delivery not this company will look on their site before buying any more tools.

I have not used Kelvin tools before but wanted to buy local to me, very good website and all the items in stock that I wanted and good prices, I was kept up to date by email for next day delivery which was advertised on there website, all items were well packaged and delivered on time, very impressed and definitely will be buying again from Kelvin power tools...,👍

I had ordered a new Bosch multi tool, have arrived with an broken factory fitted seal, tapped back by them. They have refused to take it back unless pay the return charge, the broken seal was not stated on their website when purchased. Very bad customer service as well.

I gave the store a call on Friday afternoon as the battery charger for a Bosch tool I'd purchased from them was showing an error.
Absolutely hassle free call, no drama and I received the replacement charger the very next day, yes, on a Saturday!
