Sales agent named Aaron, very unhelpful and cheeky, agent ended the call before even starting the quote.

I was having issues with my previous insurance that couldn't provide a full years no claims because I changed to Kenco after about 8 months. I delt with One outstanding young man called Trevor Conyard who sorted out my insurance within minutes after multiple calls to other agents in Kenco that couldn't sort out the issues. Thank you so so much Trevor you were fantastic to deal with especially after weeks of what was an extremely stressful process before you sorted it all out in a flash! 100% recommend dealing with Trevor! Thank god I have not had to use my insurance yet. But I was very happy
with the cover I got and the competitive price. They responded straight away to my phone calls when I was clarifying some of the cover and very professional and helpful on the phone. Very happy so far.

KennCo are superb to deal with. They offer the best insurance deals and all the staff are so helpful.
They are professional at all times and there is always someone to speak with you on the phone if you need that, which is rare these days with a lot of businesses.
All my family are insured with them.

Great help on the phone by jack when through everything super quick bet my quote price had everything sent straight away now I'm just waiting on my policy and disc to be sent to me and on the portal for download

I got my insurance with provisional license when no insurance company wants to insure me and since then I get cheapest quote for renewal each year than any other insurance company very helpful very satisfied.

Absolutely rubbish rubbish rubbish company.
They have insured for caravan cover which I don't own!!!! I have a car policy (I think).... I owed a further few bob (€300) through close brothers finance for the balance at €40 a month for 8 months.
They have been debiting my account for €140 each month!!! Absolute shambles and incompetent staff ...... both Kennco AND Close Brothers Finance.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

awful customer service. was calling them to add a driver for my insurance, didn’t answer me for 1 hour

Trevor & Tory. Tory answered the phone in a pleasant and timely manner and then passed us on to Trevor who was extremely helpful and had our problem sorted in minutes. Excellent customer service.

I was left waiting for over 30 minutes when I called them to accept and pay for a home insurance. The 'gentleman' who answered offered no apology for the delay. He could not find the quote even though I gave him the quote reference I received by email (9LAXSB). When I asked to be put through to someone who could deal with me, he abruptly put me into another hold pattern which said I had to wait another 11 minutes. Fortunately I was then answered by a pleasant female who was very helpful, and yes respectful. She had some difficulty with 'IT' and offered to ring back. - I am still waiting but am prepared to give her the benefit of the doubt for now.

Trying to get a refund because I cancelled my insurance policy, they told us it was going to take 5-10 business days for the money to come in, it’s been 2 weeks. We have constantly called the company and the hold line is just unbelieveably long. To this day I still never got my refund!! I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone. I’m disappointed

Renewed my insurance with them for the second year in a row. Paid deposit over a month ago. 4 weeks ago I've been asked to provide more documents. Been on the phone with them time and time again and it's been over a month since my insurance expired and still zero signs of my insurance disc. Feels like a scam at this point.
