I am extremely concerned by the conduct…

I am extremely concerned by the conduct of Kennedys Law LLP in relation to my case.

Despite a valid and enforceable court judgment ordering immediate payment (“forthwith”), Kennedys, acting on behalf of their client and insurer (Aviva), have failed and refused to comply with the Court’s order.

Such behaviour is not only unacceptable but raises serious concerns regarding compliance with legal and professional obligations. A solicitor is expected to uphold the law and respect court judgments — not ignore or delay their enforcement.

Failure to comply with a court order constitutes a serious breach and may amount to misconduct. This matter has been reported to the relevant regulatory bodies, including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and further enforcement action is already in progress.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this firm given their approach in this matter.

I applied to a job working within talent acquisition at Kennedys. I received a call from a member of the recruitment team. After the initial call I did not receive any feedback. I followed up with an email. No response. Left a message for the recruiter. Guess what? No response

Would not recommed this company at all!

This law firm’s conduct has been deeply…

This law firm’s conduct has been deeply concerning. They act on behalf of a public authority, yet appear motivated solely by financial gain. Following a slip-and-injury incident, a court claim was issued; however, due to the non-payment of a court fee, the claim was struck out and no settlement was reached. At that time, I was experiencing significant and life-changing personal circumstances.

Despite the passage of several years, the firm continues to pursue the matter aggressively. Their repeated communications have been harassing in nature and, in my view, rely on distorted or misleading interpretations of events, unfairly portraying me as being at fault. This has caused damage to my professional standing and previously unblemished reputation, as well as having a detrimental impact on my health.

Their approach has been aggressive, tactical, evasive, and, at times, unprofessional, giving the impression that they believe they can act without accountability. They now assert that a sum of £50,000 is owed, including their legal fees, which I strongly dispute and consider wholly unjustified.

Such conduct reflects a broader systemic issue, whereby individuals who challenge authority or seek to defend their rights are subjected to disproportionate pressure. This behaviour is, in my view, entirely unacceptable, ethically questionable, and wrong on every level.

Experience as an opposing party – values not reflected in behaviour

I have been dealing with Kennedys as the opposing party in litigation. They present themselves on their website as “straightforward,” “honest,” and “supportive.” Unfortunately, my experience was very different.

In practice:
• They described internationally significant, charity-funded children’s cancer research as “simplistic background,” which felt dismissive and minimising.
• They claimed my concerns were investigated under the “appropriate policies,” yet crucial safeguards (confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and risk assessments) were skipped.
• They selectively quoted from medical notes, omitting warnings that a university should take my workplace stress into account, which changed the meaning.
• They are comfortable signing statements of truth which have very little truth.

Kennedys’ public messaging is about integrity and resolution. My direct experience was the opposite: tactics that prolonged conflict, undermined trust, and felt designed to exhaust rather than resolve.

There is no law for the law company?

I experienced ongoing issues with dental prostheses provided by Dentistry trading as CastleView Dental (dr. Rita Pais and Dr. David Winkler, retired) from November 2018 till March 2025, when afraid for my life my husband took a credit and sent me to Turkey and local Dentistry Dentakey did a very good job for 3,5 days.
All CastleView Dental prostheses did not last more than 2 weeks, were uncomfortable, with an angle to the horizontal, insufficient to my bite therefore always had cracklings and loose screws . I swallowed even 1 of my splintered false teeth . Prostheses were unsuitable with regards to my face, and made me walk sideways. Almost everything that happened was put in my Medical Notes . Sometimes with small irregularities, sometimes with huge ones.
But there are no documents about my informed consent. I will be coming to Windsor from Northampton every 3 months within 5,5 years; will pay all money upfront and then will go to Portugal for my expenses in my Medical Notes . I asked about diagnosis, because I already lost my own teeth and set of implants via medical negligence. I did not want another one errors in making implant-retained prosthesis, nobody starts doing it without diagnosis and does not connect implants directly to the prosthesis without multi unit abutments under different angles. Also in my Medical Notes there is no recommendation, what should I do with my bottom teeth, which I almost lost...and many other required notes regarding my oral health.
First prosthesis makers were Portugal's team of Paulo Malo without British license. They came to CastleView Dental before Covid and Brexit with their own equipment and materials . I believe it was tax violation, immigration Law violation and Care Act 2014 violation throughout my treatment and now I am, hardly survived after this "treatment" (coma in 2021), going through Law violation after my claim was accepted by the Court online, I had a mediation but 2 layers of different Firms and 2 different barristers of the Defendant made public statements about absence of a liability of the CastleView Dental/ Docs UK Limited/Apollonia LTD Current owner' , dr. Alfonso Rao.
This offence of dr. Rao does not need to be proved by me, it should be investigated by Dental Complaints Service (DCS), General Dental Council (GDC) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). But they kept quiet and refused to give me writing responses. It does not need to be proven by me , that dr. Alfonso Rao knew about my problem with a dental prosthesis (I came to CastleView Dental 30 times during his directorship) and got massive health issues because of the dental negligence and loss of a substantial amount of money paid on account of CastleView Dental, name of account DOCS UK Limited. But anyway dr. Alfonso Rao gave far from truthful and misleading information in his witness statement from 03.07.2025. I hope, this Criminal offence will apply to all organisations who turned blind eye on my torture as a whole ( as a legal corporate entity).
During preparation for the Court, feeling exhausted, I offered to return just what I spent for rectifying the CastleView Dental failure, but got a refusal, because lawyers found my "weak place": under the stress I am dumb and mumbling. I believe Kennedy's lawyer is committing an offence and wrote a complaint directly to the office but did not get a response so far.

shameful

You'd think they would thank people for trying to prevent fraudulent claims. I provided so much obvious evidence and proof that the case against my dog should have been denied/thrown out. The claimant should have been taken to court and given a sentence. Between kennedys' law and the fraud team, they decided to give a £5000 pay-out just to get the case closed quickly and cost effectively, although if handled properly, they should not have paid out anything at all. This affected my insurance and has had lasting effect on me, I am still so full of anger and hate. Thankfully, my dog was not MURDERED as a result because guess what kennedys'?, she was INNOCENT and that in itself proves it. Date given is roughly a year after case was closed as it had to be within 12 months, but claimant says alleged incident was13/11/2019. I just want people to know how badly my case was handled and how this has left me feeling. They blocked my calls and emails because they don't like the truth about how terrible they were.

Shameless corrupt solicitors

Shameless corrupt solicitors. Don’t even have the balls to talk to me anymore because they just enter court and get judges to dismiss claims they can’t deal with because they’re weak and pathetic. You would have to be out of your little mind to employ these criminals.

Unpaid invoice for services

I operate a small translation company. I was asked to provide a translation to Kennedy's law and did so efficiently and promptly. I paid the official English to Polish translator with whom I work almost immediately. Nearly two months later my invoice has not been paid. Several requests by email and two phone calls have not resolved the problem. There is a lack of respect for suppliers. I was hoping to build a business relationship with Kennedy's law, but obviously I will not be working with them again.

They do not pay their legal experts per signed contract unless threatening action..

UPDATE: paid invoice after threatening to send to small claims court. Original: They do not pay their legal experts as per agreed contract. Even though you may have a signed contract noting terms for payment, they will not pay per the terms of the agreement. You get told it will be sent out on Tuesday. Nothing for a month. Don't answer emails or phone calls asking for update on payment. Then they say it'll go out that week and you still don't receive payment. For legal experts working for this company, get paid prior to doing any and all work for them.

Insensitive and unprofessional.

Insensitive and unprofessional.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Kennedys as the defendant solicitor for my claim following the death of my partner. They were highly insensitive to my circumstances by making inappropriate (and frankly homophobic) accusations to reduce my compensation amount.

At the Joint Settlement Meeting, I was given assurances I would not meet the defending team but the barrister had the audacity to barge into our meeting room to "prove he is human".

I implore this company provide training to their staff on discrimination and sensitivity around bereavement.
