Bottom rung brand. An extinct mosher lifestyle brand trying to be brought back from the dead by the publisher of 'Mixmag' with no plan other than 'make it like Vice'. Heavy metal clickbait. The death... See more

Bought magazines from here a while ago and they were supposed to be here last month but still haven’t arrived.

My partner ordered me a tshirt…

My partner ordered me a tshirt beginning of April, meant to arrive before my birthday (21st), Kerrang advertise they send orders within 2-3 working days, waited nearly 2 weeks & had 0 communication from Kerrang. My partner had to email them to ask for an update. Then it instantly got marked as shipped, then days later we got a half arsed email to say they don't know about it being sent cos they can't find it or have no recollection of the item via tracking & that the order hadnt been processed. Said they would sent it out later that day. Got absolutely nothing back in regards to communication, tracking or the order even being touched.
Doesn't seem like its been sent at all tbh, just all lies to bide time I guess. Partner emailed back saying we want the item delivering within a few days as it was my birthday gift and very very late...got no reply! They honestly take your money and don't care. Now 10th May and still nothing, doesnt look like its turning up before Slam Dunk festival either. No item, no tracking, no communication yet again. Having to try to claim it back through the bank! AVOID!!!!!!!

NO COMMUNICATION & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…

Ordered a shirt in August that was mentioned for delivery end of August.
Had one email to confirm there is a supplier issue on 2.12.24 and this should be resolved that week for items been delivered.
No communication since and won’t reply back to emails as I’ve asked if there is any option for a Xmas delivery.
Very poor service from Kerrang store as you think you would have the decency to advise your customers as these will be Xmas presents for kids. ☹

Terrible customer service. Won't use again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a coat which was £95 which I was told 2 weeks later they don't have any stock, and they weren't sure when it would be replenished. First of all, why was I allowed to order an item which there was no stock of - there wasn't even a warning telling me this item is out of stock. Secondly, when were they planning on telling me this? It's only after 2 days of chasing that they came back to me.

They said they could give me a refund if I wanted one. This was 3 days ago. I have again been chasing every day to ask if my refund is being processed and again, silence from them.

I would also like to add - on their website it states delivery is free for UK orders over £50. My jacket was £95 and I was still charged for shipping.

Absolute joke.

Awful customer service.

Ordered a shirt in August. It’s mid November. They told me it got sent back to them and they sent it out again. Tracking that item shows it never left. Awful customer service and I’m out $50.

Terrible

Terrible. Can see the effect taking on staff from gen-y clickbait sites like Vice has had. No substance. Just brevity and hype. Same old same old bands from less and less different labels and mgmt places weekly. May as-well call it the raw power / music for nations / livenation newsletter. Pimped out, whored out, used up.

Ex Vice staff clickbait rubbish

Ex Vice staff clickbait rubbish. No substance. Still talking about the same sad Roadrunner and Nuclear Blast bands as 10 ,15, 20 years ago. Just some Livenation / BBC sub company. Sad, sad, sad.

Kerrang

Kerrang! magazine failed staff stalking people on social media and recycling ideas and subject matter. Why are these clickbait moshers jumping on the snow and skate scene for clicks after not supporting either since the nu-metal days in the 90s?! Ex Vice staff 'What's trending?' clickbait rats.

They seem to have been affected by the same post pandemic world desperation that has many of the artists they cover begging on patreon for beer money off fans. Same old clickbait, same few bands from the same few PRs and managers week in and out, total manure.

Not a patch on the magazine of the nineties. As others have said they seem to revolve around a load of ex Vice staff assembled for their clickbait skills and just rehash the same bands as the BBC and Livenation in a masonic style that gives exposure to the same sad, chosen few, and to my tastes, boring and cliched musicians over and over again.

A joke of a publication

A joke of a publication. Teaming up with tabloid channels like ITV/Coronation Street to write wimpy poems as they are so desperate for clickbait. A joke, sad to see when you've grown up with Pantera, and proper metal in the 90s. VICE staffers ruining a genre to make ad revenue. Really lame.
