Hi Annie I’m not sure what your nurse said as you have not informed me. Keto products are suitable for diabetics. However if you eat too much of anything it won’t be good for anyone. Blood sugar indicates what diabetics should eat and not eat and not a keto website. The products have no sugar or high carbs so are completely safe for diabetics. Unfortunately some health professionals have not been updated in the new protocols for treating and preventing diabetes so they are not always up to date. Also the products are both European and American which calculate their nutritional information differently and therefore the nurse unless she is researching all the labels for all the different countries the products come from they will not understand how to calculate the values. There is nothing in the products that would be an issue for a diabetic and I stand over this. I am not a doctor and nowhere on my site do I give medical advice. It’s a keto site and every last product is keto. Health professionals may make mistakes in how they interpret the labels. But this is quite normal as keto isn’t main stream yet and it’s a slow process getting the information out there. I tired my best to offer you all the discounts you asked for. I gave you free gifts when I could. I put away products for you when you requested and I’ve been nothing but professional and kind to you. A private message telling me what was said would have allowed me to explain all the above. I will always help as best I can but in the end someone who is diabetic must test their blood sugar and adapt their food accordingly. A Keto website can not do that. Best wishes on your journey.

Great service
I'm so happy to have found this website. Am on Keto since May and was finding it hard to find Keto products in Ireland.I have enjoyed everything I have eaten. Some products are a little pricey but that happens with a lot of Keto sites. Would love if I could find some Keto bread. Have found mixes on other places bit would love to be able to just buy a loaf of bread

Love keto snacks! The protein ball mix was delicious and love that I can buy healthy sugars like xylitol and stevia which are great for my partner as he is diabetic. :)
