Ordered a Keychron Q1 Pro. Came with broken PCB, but support responded quickly, and sent out working PCB next working day, as well as phoning me to confirm that they tested the new PCB was working.

Had some minor issues with my order but It was dealt with very quickly and the staff were very helpful. Great selection of products for a niche market, and overall a pleasant experience! Top quality, 10/10 would recommend.

If you are inside EU make sure to check the regulations of your country. I got charged £50 on top of my order after i paid for it. It says it at the top of the site where no one looks, at least not me. In my opinion it should be 100x more clear, our eyes are not on the top of the site but on the products and order information. If it was highlighted then fair enough, but it’s not, blends right in.

Great support and packaging but lack of clear warnings

I ordered a Keychron K2 Pro keyboard on a Wednesday afternoon, and received it on Friday morning. The keyboard is great, as was the speed of the delivery. Will definitely buy from Keycrox again in the future!

I am not the ideal customer, I don't often take the time to review an experience as I expect a certain level of service from every ecommerce shop and that service is a default great experience.

Besides great product availability, good prices and very fast shipping, one thing that has stood out to me from Keychrox is their emphasis on sustainable packaging, cardboard box is a given but paper tape and cornstarch bags are a first for me. Thank you for taking this important step towards ensuring a cleaner future and know that people appreciate it.

Very fast delivery, packaging was very nice too, no plastic used and the little packets the switches come in are cool. The switches themselves are fine, just a few bent pins which is always the case ordering switches online but takes a second to sort out.

The pricing is really good too, 10 KTT kang whites for £2.50 is really nice. Really good switches and a very cheap price. Will order again once my second keyboard arrives from China.

I purchased a 20 switch sample pack.

Pros:
-Very good shipping. I ordered over the weekend, it dispatched Mon, and arrived on Tue.
-Good selection of less common switches, compared to some other sets I've seen
-Good price, at less than £1/switch
-Comes in a small biodegradable bag (inside of a cardboard box for shipping)
-Support responded same day that I sent emails, once within an hour
-The UI of dragging switches into the bag is neat when customising the order

Cons:
-To see the contents of the switch bag after ordering, you need to hover over it. I was on mobile, so I couldn't find this out. Ended up emailing support, who gave me a list.
-Similar to above, adding switches to the pack on mobile was spotty. I was having issues with dragging the switches into the bag, where sometimes they would drag, sometimes the page just scrolled, sometimes it wanted to open the link of the image of the switch, and sometimes nothing happened. This occurred on both Android and iOS.
-Tried to leave a review on the site. Was unable to select which item to review due to a bug with the drop down list. Support says that their website is currently under reconstruction and that some features might be unavailable. Also, their review submission box was 1.5 lines tall, which made trying to write one inconvenient.

Ordered an artisan keycap late on Wednesday (around 6pm) and paid for the fastest delivery type. Arrived Friday morning. Keycap is all as pictured/described and really happy with it and VERY happy with how quickly my order was processed!

I was also interested in ordering two KineticLabs keycap sets that aren't stocked anywhere in the UK at the moment (Hippo and Corn) so emailed KeyCrox to ask if they have any plans to stock. Got an email back pretty quickly explaining that they hope to in the future but can't offer an ETA.

Can't fault the customer service and just hoping that they manage to stock the keycap sets I want soon so I can order more!

Cheap delivery very fast too.
Owner and team are very helpful and supportive, Owner even threw in an extra two switches for my 82 switch board. All switches but one were in great condition just a little bent pin that could be fixed easily. Amazing experience definitely will order from here again.

Keycrox has fast, reliable delivery for surprisingly cheap. I used them when I first got into keyboard modding, and I found their discord very helpful (the owner is very nice too). The website itself is actually really well designed, and I had no trouble with ordering my products. I have been using Keycrox for quite some time now, and it has been great every time.

Just got into keyboard building and came across Keycrox. My first order was just after Christmas. Despite it being a busy period, the order was quickly processed and delivered. Will definitely look to pick up some different switches, their selection is one of the best in the uk.
