It was seamless. Everything went well except for a couple minor things. Our pick up at the port after our cruise was about 30 minutes late but it was very busy. He was there and visible when he arrived. Our excursion on June 28th of the night in Athens with the Acropolis, on our voucher there were two times 8pm and 630pm. i verified the time with Brooke at Key Tours before i left and she said 8pm was correct. In destination on the afternoon of the 28th i reverified it and he also said 8pm. Well i guess our tour guide was waiting for us at 715. i did get a call to my phone but thought it was spam. I wished he would have texted me or whats apped me. So we lost about 45 minutes of our tour and arrived late to our dinner/show which was awesome. So i guess that needs to be corrected, time of tours in sinc. Other then that it was great as always.

We used Key Tours on our recent vacation to Italy. I worked directly with Esin Soydemir. She was extremely responsive to all our needs. The itinerary she planned, from the transportation (including private car arrangements) to the hotel to the excursions were well thought out. Great hotels and awesome locations. Convenience of planning our trip saved us a lot of hassle. We had an issue with one of our excursions and working with Esin, she even managed to get us a refund. Will definitely be contacting her for future travel!

t was absolutely amazing, everything I expected and more. Everything went perfectly, no hiccups at all. Despite eating everything in site, I managed to lose weight from all the walking. Flights were fine, on time and as comfortable as you can expect for flying Economy hahaha!
The hotel was good for what we wanted: a clean, quiet place to shower and sleep. Their breakfast - not good. We tried it twice and gave up. Nothing was hot, or tasted good, so why bother. Does the hotel need an update - definitely. But the location cannot be beat, we were 2 blocks from the underground and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.
Other than the hotel breakfast buffet, every other meal we had at any other restaurant or pub was great. All the tours were terrific, and it was nice to be able to sleep on the bus in between stops. The tour guides knew their history, so I was impressed.

I dont think I can express is words the wonderful experience that I had traveling to South Africa. It was amazing. The best experience (other than the birth of my children) that I have ever had. The preparation and arrangements by Key Tours was the straw that stirred the drink. They WERE EXCELLENT. I put my faith in them and they did not disappoint. Keep in mind that it was a multifaceted experience with many stops and many different excursions. The coordination and hotels was amazing 5 star.
