Esin of Keytours Vacations did an amazing job lining up excellent quality day tours on our trip to Paris, Normandy, London and Bradford, UK. She helped my sisters and I give our 86 year old mother her dream vacation of seeing so many wonderful sites in our two weeks we were over there. Can't thank her enough for all the work she put into planning and coordinating everything. We had a last minute tour cancellation which she handled with ease and got us another tour guide to see the most coveted Mont St. Michel. I highly recommend using her when you are looking to travel abroad.

Keytours, specifically Esin Soydemir, provided me with the planning and support needed for a superb European adventure. The hotels were top notch with excellent breakfasts and front desk support. The transfers were adequate and where there were issues, Keytours was there to resolve them. The excursions were the best!

The agent Vicki Sachs did a great job putting this FIT trip together. It was the local guide and car that the clients were somewhat disappointed about.

I had my reservations on the trip because there were many moving parts. The trip started in Paris with visits to Barcelona and Rome. All plane rides from the US and planes between European countries went without a glitch. All the transfers to and from hotel and to and from visiting sites went smoothly. Everything was properly planned and excecuted. The hotel selection was superb. All activities, transfers,and guides used we're highly professional, knowledgeable and well spoken. I have not a single complaint about the entire experience.

Clients very happy with private transfers and trains in Italy

Would really like to do a tour of the Irish countryside.

Mother and Son just came back from London on a package that was pieced together by Vicki. They had a great time and really liked all the hotels and tours with driver/guide that we had set up. Favorite hotel was The Bath Priory Hotel. All the guides/drivers were on time and very good. Only issue had nothing to do with Key Tours was it took them 4 1/2 hr to clear customs in London, so make sure you give your clients plenty of time.

When I asked about their trip/experience, one of clients stated, "Everything was absolutely perfect! My favorite resort was Ostracos in Mykonos. The service was top notch. Both the wine tour and catamaran were wonderful!" Her only recommendation for future travelers is to fly out later the last day of Crete. Getting in so late Wednesday night, they only had one day to experience/explore Crete. She also commented on how smooth and seamless the hotels and transfers went!
