They are SCAMMERS,i paid like 40 vps for 1 month that i didnt use, now they just closed my account, report that fkrats

They've charged me three times for the same VPSs. Other times, they turn the VPSs off and won't let you turn them back on for two or three days. When they are on, they work terribly; you can't do anything. At first, they give you good VPSs so you'll buy more, but after a few days, when the performance starts to drop, they stop responding to support. Now they've turned off and deleted seven VPSs. I've lost all the data I had on them. I'm filing a lawsuit against this website so they stop scamming people. NO ONE SHOULD BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They probably keep credit card information. They're lucky because they're based in Turkey, and the police there are terrible, but luckily in Spain, they're not. I just need to gather a few more people to stop them from selling in Europe. We have plenty of evidence. If you want to help by providing evidence, just add your comment sharing your experience with these scammers. I know I won't get my money back, but we're trying to prevent them from scamming more people.

I've been using this website for about a year now, and it's probably the worst I've ever encountered. Their support team is just a bot sending automated replies. I promise you, their VPSs are down literally every single day. Many times I pay for a VPS and have to wait days for it to be activated. If I pay for a month's VPS, I can only use it for two weeks or less because it's down the rest of the time. They've never offered me any compensation, nor do they want to refund my money. They're complete scammers.

I am a long-time customer of Keyubu, and I currently have an active server subscription with approximately two months remaining.
About 20 days ago, I purchased a new VPS from them for a 3-month subscription. The payment was successfully processed and deducted from my bank card.

However, after the payment, the new server was suspended without any valid explanation, and I was told to contact their support. Upon opening a support ticket, I was shocked to be asked to submit a copy of my ID and a selfie for what they claimed was “account verification.” This is completely unacceptable — Keyubu is not a governmental or official authority to demand such private documents.

Naturally, I refused and asked for a refund. In response, they suspended my older server as well, the one I was still actively using and had already paid for — clearly as a way to pressure me into handing over my personal documents. This is a form of blackmail and coercion, which is both unethical and likely illegal.

I have been in constant contact with their support for the past 20 days. Every time, they promise to refund my money “on Monday.” But three Mondays have already passed — and nothing. Only lies, delays, and excuses.

I am demanding a full refund of my payment as well as compensation for the harm caused — both financial and emotional. What Keyubu has done goes far beyond poor service. This is a case of organized fraud and professional theft.

I have been working with Keyubu Internet and IT Services for nearly two years, and I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive. Their server services are seamless, fast, and reliable. I used a VDS with 6GB RAM running Ubuntu for one month. While the server's CPU performance was fine and there were no noticeable hardware problems, the internet reliability was ABYSMAL.

The root cause seems to be the COMNET datacenter they use, which has a reputation for having internet issues. It was frustrating to run game servers and host websites because of frequent disconnects, slowdowns, high ping spikes, and packet loss that interfered with everything.

It's unfortunate because while the server performed well and the support team was good, the internet reliability is a dealbreaker for hosting, and the infrastructure they rely on just does not meet acceptable standards.

VPS servers they provide is trash, 10mb upload, 100mb download, and the network has a lot of problems, random spikes in latency, and ... also my server got suspended after one day and they requested ID confirmation. I got scammed so you won't.

Trustly im happy for work with keyubu. i was bought a web hosting from them a long time ago.Firstly i scared of trust them cause i dont take anything like this service before.But they r more than i expected.They live support is very fine, if i had a problem about my service they are resolve like 1-2 hour.I also wanna thank to MR.Yaman for very concerned with problems and so fast about them.I never be unanswered with my problem.I suggest keyubu to my friends.
