This has to be one of the worst KFC locations I've visited.
A 1-hour parking limit is unreasonable for a sit-down restaurant. Other KFC locations, such as Banbury, allow 3 hours, which shows that a fairer system is perfectly possible.
The restaurant itself didn't help the experience: dirty tables, no napkins, poor customer service, and then the risk of receiving a parking charge for staying slightly too long.
Customers should be encouraged to enjoy their meal, not rushed out the door while worrying about a parking fine.
Very disappointing.

Had a reply from KFC customer care ref being refused service at the counter/use the terminals to order.

It is NOT policy to demand people order using the in-store terminals. Training issues are not being addressed, I will never use KFC again.

Food was cold

Food was cold, overcooked, bone dry, and stringy. Almost inedible. In fact, my Dogs got more of it than I ate. I generally prefer 'Lee's Chicken' and this visit only reinforced that belief. KFC has fallen so far they're just not worth the money they charge. I will never order from them again. And this wasn't a delivery, this was picked up from the store. Sorry KFC Pennfield, you'll never get my business again.

I went to the KFC on 801 E William Cannon Dr

Austin, TX 78745 tonight and order a 2pc combo. They originally told be it’ll be a 20 minute wait and I agreed. When I arrived to the window, within 2 mins they provided me with my food. When I got home, I found that they gave me chicken that had been sitting there all day. It was super disrespectful and I’ll never eat at another KFC. I wish I could post a picture of this damn chicken. It is so frustrating. This is not my first experience with them providing bad service and bad food. But it is the last time I’ll eat there.

What happened to this place! The portions are terrible. It's no wonder they are building these restaurants in generic form without character because they lose less money if they tank and go under. Macaroni salad comes in a dixie cup. Your lucky if you get 10 fries. I ordered the number 1. It's a shame you can't post a picture. What a shame. Never again.

The restaurant smelled like a raw…

The restaurant smelled like a raw chicken coop. The floors were dirty , waited for 5 minutes to get service only after I banged on counter to get someone attention while they were in back talking , the chicken tenders were over cooked , don’t get my full order or any sauces to go with tenders, ketchup packs had a sticky substance all on the outside, called corporate just to have the restaurant manger call me and harassed me by calling me a liar with my complaints. The location is shelbyville ky and needs to be shut down or under new management. I personally will never eat at a kfc even is someone paid me to eat there for the rest of my life .

“I received the wrong order from KFC. I called customer care and spoke with them. They said they had registered my complaint and told me that I would receive a call within 5 minutes to resolve the issue. However, I did not receive any call. When I called again, they asked me to wait another 15 minutes.”still i did’t get any information nothing

KFC in Ripley MS

Went to KFC in Ripley MS, Ordered aan 8pc dinner with potatoes and coleslaw.
When we got to th window th guy said did you want to add a coleslaw, my husband said yes I want a coleslaw.
So what the guy did was give us 2 potato and gravy and we paid for coleslaw.
Got to the hotel and only had 7 pcs of chicken . Went back and the guy was very rude chicken was greasy and the coleslaw we paid for was only 1/2 full.
I will never go to Ripley KFC again.

It was worst experience from last 4 to 5 times. Last time we ordered mighty zinger and it was cold and no iceberg and when we complaint for it there was no response from the manager and this time also there was no iceberg no cheese and cold burger. Going to delete the app and boycott kfc. Chor

Very disappointing experience at KFC

The food quality was poor, but what made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff and management. We received items that we did not order and when we pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to correct it. Instead of acknowledging their error and providing a solution, they insisted that we had to keep the order as it was.

When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told that this is “the rule in Morocco” and that they do not offer refunds or exchanges, even when the mistake comes from their side. This is unacceptable customer service. Customers should not be forced to pay for and accept food they never ordered because of an error made by the restaurant.

What should have been a simple issue to resolve turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience due to the complete lack of accountability and customer care. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in the KFC brand. As a result, we have decided to stop visiting KFC restaurants altogether, not only in Morocco but worldwide. One bad order can happen anywhere, but refusing to correct a mistake and treating customers this way is something we cannot accept.

I think KFC is doomed

I think KFC is doomed , dinner for 2 ,30 bucks , 3 pieces of chicken each, 2 of the three we not editable. the third was a breast that had been cooked some time ago, stringy and dried out .no wonder all the reviews are bad , don't waste your money
