Order from their Amazon page to save hassle

So at the start the customer service was AWFUL and I do genuinely mean awful. My order was late so I called 5 times the first time then got through for a 2 minute call from someone who was working customer service. He was very polite and said he’d send out a replacement. This one didn’t arrive either so I called again, BUT it took me 300 calls to get through but when I did I got through to the same person, he was vey apologetic and sent out another replacement. He had apparently sent out both and they were lost in the mail. We sent a few emails and I pointed out that I paid for first class P+P which I obviously wasn’t getting, so he refunded the postage. We were emailing and I was constantly calling to check because I didn’t want them to stop looking for my order although I rarely got through (I think there’s only one guy on customer service) I’ve gotten my lap tray a few weeks late and it is amazing quality, the picture is fantastic, I ordered a custom tray and I adore it. The picture was enlarged to fit the lap tray without any blurring and the colours are so vivid. It’s really sturdy too…but I think if I do order it again I’ll order through their amazon account.

Absolutely thrilled

Absolutely thrilled with my lap tray. It really shows off one of my favourite photos. Practical - will use it everyday. Even though I ordered very late it arrived before Christmas. Would give 6 stars if I could. Will definitely order from Kico in future.

Very good quality

Ordered my wife a personalised lap tray as a surprise, buying process was very straight forward although the delivery was a bit confusing. On the order confirmation it said 1-2 days but looking back I think this must be the delivery timescale once the order is processed. The order still came in less than a week so am really happy.
The lap tray is superb quality and the image I had printed on there is really very good.

I JUST WANT MY ORDER

I ordered a tray in October and the service and quality was brilliant, it was with me within 6 days.
I then placed another order to the value of £87 on the 1st of November, I received an email to confirm the order but have had nothing since, it is now the 13th of November. I would have expected by now to have either received my order or at least had communication regarding it.

I have rung 15 times and sent 6 emails. The phone goes to answer machine but will not take messages.
I understand we are in lockdown but surely someone should be covering emails and phone calls.

Please, please if anyone from KICO PRODUCTS reads this please read my emails....I just want what I have ordered as your products are good.

Ordered 2 lap trays on November 30th…

Ordered 2 lap trays on November 30th 2019 and had an email to say they would be delivered about Dec 7. The tracking number was incorrect and countless emails later and they have still not arrived. No one answers the phone and am now £50 out of pocket.
Wouldn't recommend using this site at all

Highly Recommend

Was hesitant ordering when I saw the bad reviews, but so glad I ignored them. I ordered 2 laptop trays at the beginning of Dec and both arrived approx a week later (to Ireland). They are much bigger than I expected and the quality is superb. Can't fault them, exactly what I wanted and more.

Actually....ZERO stars...but that wasn't an option

I wouldn't give this company any stars if that was at all possible. I ordered two personalised trays for my mum and mother-in-law three weeks before Xmas and was told they would be delivered in time for Xmas. The trays never materialised, despite re-sending the photos on advise from Kico, and we only managed to receive a full refund (thankfully) four months later. This refund was only achieved after countless emails to Kico and much to-ing and fro-ing. I believe they would have happily taken our money and delivered nothing if we hadn't pursued the complaint as a matter of principle. Would under NO circumstances order ANYTHING from this company. Absolutely useless.

Unreliable company, awful customer service.

I ordered a personalised lap tray as a Christmas gift for my 90 year old nan from the Kico website on 15th December 2016, having called Kico to check that they were able to deliver before Christmas. I was told that they were. Over one month later, and countless ignored emails and phone calls, the gift had still not been received. Only after suggesting to Kico that they would be reported to my credit card company did I receive an email to say that my order would be dealt with immediately and a full refund would be issued for the inconvenience. My nan did eventually get her Christmas present, on the 21st January 2017. I still have not received my "good will" refund.

Not recommended

Ordered a personalised lap tray and the very first time I used it the tray marked from where I'd put a warmed dinner plate. I informed the company who basically were not interested and told me my plates was too hot. I have had my dinner off of lap trays for years and this has never happened before. £30 wasted. Not recommended and Kico not bothered about customer satisfaction one bit.

Not happy, missing item

I placed an order on 4th December but was still waiting for my item on 15th Dec so as my calls were not going through I sent an email - which I still do not have a response to and I still get the 'sorry we cannot take your call' message when I ring them. First and last time of using this company, not happy at all.

Good service and the photos came up great!

Ordered a personalised laptop tray. Got emailed promptly from Kico when my photos hasn't loaded up properly so that I could resend them. The photos are printed beautifully and make all the difference! Order to delivery within the week before Christmas.
