I could not download their product but more alarmingly, they tried to deduct £60 from my bank account after promising that I had just purchased a one month trial. Thankfully my bank blocked the transaction after contacting me, so beware, check your statements and make sure his company has not made illiegal withdrawals on your account under kidseccured.EE

Disgraceful I looked into the app tried use it and cancelled it the same day. Couldn’t use it and wrote to them about it and now the have charged me on my credit card twice used two different ref numbers duplicate amounts of 91.99 same day charges told the credit card company who were sent screen shots of me having used their app which I haven’t been able to use EVER. We are going round and round in circles. Don’t trust these people they are refusing to credit me back for a service I haven’t been able to use. And it’s fraudulent because it has charged me twice on 11th sept this year after I had tried and tried to cancel.

Kidsecured.org has done fraud with me. I was fraudulently charged charged for 48.99 USD. I never subscribed for their service. I have been contacting their billing department for past one week but they are refusing to refund my amount. This is disgraceful and fraudulent and disgusting

I had the same thing just happened to me now and we don't have the app nor a bank card linked to anything...banks been called and cyber internet security is investigating it...

Visa HACKERS!!!!!

This company deducted an amount of $139.99 from my visa card. This transaction was highlighted on my bank statement on their website.

I never received any emails about this transaction. When I sent them an email, they responded after a long time, denying the transaction occurred on their end. I reported them to the internet police and submitted evidence, as well as to the Scammers' Control Authorities, and they are tracking them down.

It seems this company hacked my card and stole the money.
