Both of my kids enjoyed using the platform, aged 8 and 4, finding the stickers and badge you earn rewarding. When things work I can see the value, but working through questions with the kids, you can start to see some issues.

There is a function to contact the tutor, but the "tutor" never responds to messages, so I assume there are no actual tutors.

A lot of questions have quality issues, with the questions not relating to the answers, or the answers being wrong. One even had a word in it that I'd rather my kids weren't saying and I would describe as vulgar slang. Reported it but no response.

Sometimes it will play a sound on loading a questions that just says "null". I assume this is just a bug and it should try to sound out the question.

You can't contact the platform via the WhatsApp link they provide as it doesn't link to a valid WhatsApp channel. I didn't try emailing them as there are plenty of other platforms and I don't want to have to try hard to let them know their issues.

This feels like a platform that was going somewhere at some point, but is no longer being maintained, so I would suggest looking around more for another.

Can't subscribe, the system is broken

Unfortunately couldn’t get on the system and kept going round in circles.

Honestly, your platform is excellent. Unfortunately we could not use it for more than 2 months before exams as we came to UK recently and did not know abot our platform.

Seamless and effective for daily practice, keeps you updated with the progress which we are finding quite helpful for 11 + preparations. Lots of past papers and content to work through, would definitely recommend it.

My son finds it easy to use and far more interesting than exercise books.

This is a fantastic app and great tool. It has really helped us. Customer Service was great at answering all of our concerns and questions. Highly recommended!

I received an excellent service from the Customer support team. The support personnel was very polite, patient and professional. She did not only answer my queries but also provided me with information that I will use for my son's exams preparations.

Great learning aid helping more than the home learning set by the school. A couple of glitches but very few and far between and the support you receive from the team is amazing. They go above and beyond to rectify the issue. Highly recommended

Great app. Really like it. It's not like some of the others, which are more games, it is very clearly focussed on being a learning environment.

Price is good, and in line with other apps, and I really like the fact that it's not overdone with fancy graphics but it's fast and navigable.

But probably the thing I like the most is that you get access to hundreds of past 11+ papers for free (you get the answers to all for a one off payment of £25, which is a fraction of the price of other sites I've looked at.

My daughter started using the app and she is really enjoying it. At first, we encountered a technical problem and the worksheets were not loading but the support team fixed it within a day and got us started. I liked that it was so easy to chat with the support team directly from the app. Having said that, I do wish there was more content on English comprehension type topics, that is where I think the content is lacking. I raised this with the support person and he said that they will look into this. I hope that they add the content soon as my daughter needs help with comprehension.
Sorry, for the 4 stars but I have to take a star away for missing NVR and comprehension content.
Apart, from that, I and my daughter are very satisfied so far :). Thank you KidSmart team.
