Dealing with kids toy lover is easy and fast. You ask them a question and they get back to within a couple hours at most. There products are good for the price. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is the shipping is a bit slow. But I wouldn't have a problem dealing with them again

Incorrect Item and Terrible Customer Service
I want to preface that this review is specifically for the customer service. The Quality of the toy itself was fine.
My complaint is that I ordered an RC helo, and I specifically chose the 3-battery option ($154) but only received 1 battery ($132).
I know it's only a $22 difference, but when I emailed customer service about it, they told me the "missing" batteries were in the remote compartment...which would've been fine, except it was empty.
It's been almost a week, and the issue has still not been resolved.

Don't buy the H650 Raptor…
Updated Review – Still No Resolution (6 April)
I originally left a review on 22 March regarding a faulty product. The seller responded saying the issue had been rectified and that replacement parts had been sent.
It is now 6 April, and I still have no working product and no clear resolution. This is completely unacceptable.
This was a purchase my son saved up for over a long period of time, and he was especially looking forward to using it during the school holidays. Instead, he has been left disappointed with a product that failed after just two days and still cannot be used.
For clarity, the issue was not caused by user error or a crash (despite what the seller has suggested). The aircraft was flying normally when the servo controlling the elevator failed mid-flight, causing erratic behaviour. The servo now spins continuously and is clearly faulty.
The product in question:
H650 Raptor Water Land Air Fixed Wing Foam Waterproof Aircraft
While the product may work for some, our experience suggests poor reliability and very poor after-sales support.
I would have expected a replacement to be sent promptly, with proper tracking and communication. Instead, we’ve had delays, incorrect information, and no real outcome.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company.

According to the video inspection, the problem was identified as a damaged elevator servo. Normally, damage caused during use is not covered under warranty. However, in line with our customer-first service principle, we still arranged a free replacement servo for you as soon as possible.
We always try our best to support our customers and provide a practical solution whenever possible. We are sorry again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Poor customer service

Please be careful when buying from here. We purchased a plane from then which cost over £100 I received item and it is faulty and don’t work. I contacted them and they are saying I could send back to be checked I then asked them to send me a pre paid postage to send back n they have said no I would have to pay myself which would cost have the price of plane to Australia. No one in their right mind would pay this. It’s not my place to be paying this for an item yous have sent me which is of no use. This has been going on from December now disgusting way to treat a customer and ruin a Christmas present.. I will be warning others about this and sharing on all social media’s

Per our after-sales policy, when a product has an issue we first ask the customer to share a short video showing the problem. This helps us identify the cause quickly and provide the correct fix or replacement parts without delay.
We have been in contact with you and repeatedly requested a video so we could resolve this for you as soon as possible, but we have not received one. Without any evidence of the fault, we’re unable to diagnose the issue remotely.
At this stage, the only option we can offer is to return the item to us for inspection. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund.
If you would still like the fastest solution without returning it, please send us a short video and we’ll prioritize your case immediately.

Go go bird speaks Chinese only…
I recently purchased a go go bird eagle. What ever it is saying when I fly it I don't understand because it is all in Chinese. Well one of the things it was saying must have been your battery is low return to base ,because it went down and I almost lost it. I contacted them numerous times and never received and answer
I just want one that speaks English so I can understand what they are saying and avoid losing bird

You’re absolutely right to flag this. The current version of this Go Go Bird only has Chinese voice prompts, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.
