This was my very first trip abroad, and honestly, I had no idea what to do when it came to booking flights. I was travelling from the UK to Bali for work, and the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first.

KILROY made everything so much easier. They guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and took the stress out of organising such a big trip. Their team was patient, professional, and reassuring, which really gave me confidence as a first-time traveller.

They not only arranged my flights, but also helped book my accommodation when I first arrived in Bali and again before leaving. On top of that, they stayed in contact during my time there and even after I returned home, which gave me real peace of mind knowing I had their support throughout the whole journey.

Thanks to their help, everything went smoothly and I could focus on my work rather than stressing about travel details.

I would definitely recommend KILROY to anyone who’s new to travelling or wants a reliable agency to take care of flights, accommodation, and ongoing support. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into a really positive one.

Kilroy UK handled our group booking really well, with fast communication. They reassured us when the airline gave mixed messages and even checked in with us throughout our trip, a lovely touch. We were told that separate bookings would be the same as the group booking, but at the airport discovered those tickets only had 25 kg luggage instead of 30 kg. It was sorted quickly though, and overall their service was great!

These guys are by far the best online agency.
My mistake? setting the wrong dates on for my large flight with return.
My success? reaching them out via e-mail in less than 24hs after booking
Tickets were cancelled on a very accessible fee.

I booked a flight to south africa through skyscanner and chose killroy to travel with. The cost was a little higher than some other options but the travelling time was shorter so I decided to go with there was no option to chose seats before I paid so I was made to believe they were part of the price I was quoted. only after I paid I received an email revealing that now I must pay additional fees per seat. There are 6 flights altogether on this trip so at 415 ddk per seat extra per seat it adds a considerable amount to the total cost. I was not made aware of this additional cost before I paid. When I called the killroy number the girl I spoke to was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. My trip isn't for a few months yet and I'm already worrying about what else to expect might go wrong. Not a happy experience so far

Dont normally take the time to write a review but for kilroy id do it 100%:) loved the trip and the friends u make along. For the booking and planning before and during the trip i didnt have to lift a finger. I just smiled along and did what the guide told us and it was amazing. 10/10

Had an overall pleasant booking experience. However a 1 letter name error resulted in a additional 215EUR ticket change. The airline (British Airways) do not calculate any fees for this. In addition, after paying KILROY mentions the fee has gone up and have to pay an additional 165EUR. Unacceptable that this is a way to make money. No added value, no service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kilroy. I booked a flight to return to Vietnam, with the first leg departing from Belgium on June 25, 2025. Due to a national strike, the flight from Belgium to Germany was cancelled by the airline – a situation completely outside my control.

I immediately contacted Kilroy and followed their advice to wait. I sent multiple emails asking for support, but all I received were vague replies telling me to be patient. Days passed with no concrete help. Then, I was told I could no longer cancel or receive a refund because more than 24 hours had passed.

This is completely unfair – I followed Kilroy’s instructions, and their delay directly caused my financial loss. I now have to buy a new ticket myself with no compensation or help from them.

If you’re considering using Kilroy, I strongly advise caution. Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful in urgent situations. I am now filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre.

In addition, I am not the only one – a friend of mine who booked round-trip tickets through Kilroy faced the same problem. Their outbound flight was also cancelled due to the strike, and Kilroy failed to provide support in time. It seems this is not just a one-time mistake, but a recurring issue in their customer service.

prior to using their services, i had never heard of their site. in fact, after booking i was a bit anxious because there was no "login portal" or anything like that.

that being said, customer service was pretty responsive to my initial email and everything with regards to my flights went very smoothly.

would certainly use them again if they come up as competitive as they did this time. would recommend

Title: Poor experience – unexpected baggage charges

I booked a flight through Kilroy and was charged €60 at the airport for baggage, even though I thought it was included. The baggage info was not clear during booking, and the company refused to take responsibility after I contacted them. Disappointing experience—I wouldn’t book with them again.

I am glad the company is one of the best company ever for recovering funds.

As a company they were so helpful from the get go, helping develop our ideas and thoughts whilst also suggesting additions to the initial itinerary proposal. In specific Meg helped my group out, always responding quickly and sorting any problems along the whole way, the rare moment came when Meg wasn’t available one evening, however Holly sorted us out promptly, many thanks to everyone especially these two, would book through this company again!

Abel was a terrific travel to Japan advisor and we are delighted with his hotel choices etc. We had a brilliant trip and would certainly recommend Kilroy / Abel as a knowledgeable expert. Points of NOTE, when driving yourself in Japan you need an International Drivers License conforming to the 1949 convention not the more usual 1968 (as used in Australia etc.)

I don't normally take the time to write a review, but felt I should do for Kilroy travel. Last December, I had a likely work trip to Santiago, Chile, and wanted to see if it were possible to also fly south to Patagonia and trek through the Torres del Paines. It was, but making a firm booking wasn't possible for a couple of months. Meg from Kilroy kept me apprised of options, cost implications, and frankly had the patience of a saint as dates changed. The itinerary she pulled together worked like a dream. I hate to think how long it would have taken for me to piece it together. First rate service.

Had to change my ticket and very happy with how fast I was always replied to by Signe their Online Sales Agent. All very smooth

Very reliable, made booking my trip to Bali very quick and easy. The travel advisors are so supportive and quick to respond - I personally was directed to Faye who was very friendly and helpful. Great way to book your travel, as they build an itinerary built personally for each customer.

Helpful staff and good prices

I wanted a campervan for a forthcoming road trip to California in September 2025 with 4 other adults and made enquiries with two companies who could offer me what I was looking for. I contacted Kilroy and spoke to Faye who has been exceptional from the first email and call in tailoring my needs to then finally booking a van. Faye was very particular to my needs and was happy to answer all of my questions whilst referring to the supplier in the USA. From the two companies I dealt with, Kilroy came out with more to offer for my rental and this was not without the assistance from Faye. It’ll be a real adventure and a proper road trip having a campervan thanks to Kilroy.

I chose Kilroy because the prices were good and the reviews as well. I was still a bit scared as I am used to only book my plane ticket directly through the airline. As a student, here, it was much cheaper to use Kilroy, so I took the risk, and I am glad I did because it is not a scam. I will only complain that as a user, it is a bit frustrating to not receive any information regarding checking in for your flight 24h before it. I am used to receive a link or a reminder to check in for my flight, here it was not the case. They just send you your electronic tickets and then you just have to do the rest. It works of course, but I was expecting a email the day before my flight, but no.
I will book again with them.
