When I initially ordered a little dress . They phoned and said they didn’t have that size but would be getting more stock in. When dress came was too big so I had to return and order smaller size There was no problem and a replacement in correct size sent . Employees were extremely pleasant to deal with

The packing was all bashed on arrival. I had expected the cufflinks to be in a box . As it was the cufflinks themselves are nice but the plastic/fake velvet thing they were attached to looks really cheap. I will need to buy a proper presentation box

The whole experience relating to buying the kilt and accessories was really exceptional. It’s been a very long time since I have experienced what felt like a seamless transaction. First class service, Quality bespoke kilts and accessories and at exceptionally reasonable prices. We won’t shop anywhere else again.
