I was booked in for a MRI, when I arrived I booked in to reception and was directed to the MRI waiting area, within moments of arriving I was seen and began my preparation for the scan.

The staff were very pleasant and professional, I was advised on everything that was going to happen and why.
I was seen with minimal waiting and overall very happy with the experience.

My appointment was with a gentleman , mr archbold Who made me very welcome, and after X-rays he explained my problem very clearly , I left very satisfied with wot was wrong with me , W Hill

I had partial knee replacement in June with Mr Alister Mayne as my consultant and Mr Brian Og Mc Alary as my anaesthetist and mr Chris Tinney and Mr Manus Mac Gambhann as my physiotherapists. I lt was a very positive experience and everyone from the consultants to nurses and receptionists and domestic staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was explained in great detail all the way through my consultations and surgery and recovery. Thank you to everyone involved in my stay in hospital and the brilliant after care that I received thank you.

Had Hysterectomy with David Hunter atKingsbridge Belfast. Fantastic Doctor who made sure to come see me after Surgery and the next morning before discharge. All staff at hospital were amazing.

Friendly, helpful staff at reception . Also appointment with doctor very good, and didn’t feel rushed, Felt like my concerns where listened to. A plan of relevant treatments and investigations was made and explained to me. I am very grateful for the time and support given at Kingsbridge Hospital.

The car parking experience was horrendous! Understandably it's in the middle of site works but the access to the Diagnostic Centre is abysmal. It's supposedly a 400m stroll...so how do people with mobility issues get there. A parade of wheelchairs is hardly practical. On finding a disability parking spot of which there are few I noticed a sign which announced we could avail of the shuttle bus to deliver us to the front door of the centre...No such thing, apparently on asking a staff member in the car park. "You'll just have to walk" I was told, or " stay in the car" .not a good solution when accompanying a very nervous patient. A system which vastly requires improving. ASAP!!

The Paediatrician referred us the Psychology department which was our main objective in becoming a customer of KB. However the Doctor we were referred to declined to accept us as a patient. Both our children recieved the same response even though their needs are vastly different. The whole experience has been a waste of time. Extremly disappointing.

From initial consultation to post op. I was treated with exceptional care, understanding and informed at each stage of both what was planned and how treatment would be performed. I felt a valued patient and was frequently asked if I had any questions or concerns. The Doctors and nursing staff were friendly, engaging and extremely professional and knowledgeable people. Would recommend Kingsbridge without any reservation.
