Communication on delivery day was excellent and Nick was really helpful with unloading where I needed furniture. He also gave good advice about how to construct table.

Kenny and nick delivered our table and chair today and did a great job completing the job.the parasol worked perfectly in the torrential rain.great productos and cheerful service from the delivery team.

Nick and Kenny were fab with the delivery and assembly of our table. They stumbled across a problem and didn’t have the original screws to fix the table and they made a quick workaround. The delivery was missing the rain cover but it was not their fault and they informed me that this would be with us in a few days.
Both Nick and Kenny were super friendly.

Nick and Kenny arrived on Dartmoor in the pouring rain after a very long drive. A tough access challenge to the property was then superbly negotiated and the 6 person table with chairs deftly taken to the patio for installation. Nothing was too much trouble. There was some confusion re the order that was dealt with there and then with Head Office and resolved immediately. The rain kept pouring but the table was up in no time and all packaging taken away. Very good after care instruction was provided. Thanks very much for a spectacularly good service. Would highly recommend to others.

Great experience with this company, I wanted a few changes / swaps with the bundle deal and they were very accommodating. Delivery was timely and the two drivers Nick and Anish were really helpful and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. Would definitely recommend using this company to anyone

Having had great service from John at the Devon County Show, we ordered our beautiful teak Sunburst Duke table with benches, it was delivered by Simon and Tony who did a wonderful job unpacking and assembling the table, ensuring it was all in working order and removing and clearing away all the packaging. We are absolutely delighted with both the furniture and the delivery service from Simon and Tony.

I paid a fair price for an excellent quality 8' patio set. The delivery was as promised (the crew were also very friendly and helpful)

Delivered on the given date. Set up quickly and efficiently by Max and Anish who were both polite and friendly. Max explained the operation of the parasol and how to make the table smaller. He also pointed out that the guarantee would be void if the set was oiled or treated in any way during the first year, which was helpful as it was the small print on the after care leaflet.
The chairs are comfortable and a good weight and the wood was from a sustainable source, which is important to me.
Communication was good if slightly slower than we have come to expect these days, but still fine.
I would be happy to use the company again and to recommend to friends.

I ordered our dining set for my wife's birthday. The transaction was smooth and simple, the price was reasonable and the delivery today was the cherry on the top. Tony and Simon came around with smiles and a very can-do attitude. They unpacked all the furniture, assembled the table, placed the chairs, and fitted the parasol. Then they took away all the packaging. I was very impressed with their service and the furniture looks great. Very happy!

Lee was extremely helpful and patient in guiding our choice (Regal oval table, 8 Monte Carlo chairs, cushions, parasol, winter cover). Max and Matt were superstars when they delivered and installed everything. Lovely chaps. Nothing was too much trouble.

Just brilliant. After looking around online a lot I called Kingsley Smythe to discuss options and they offered me a bespoke deal to suit my needs at an excellent price. I also asked if I could collect myself to get the furniture sooner and they were very obliging. Solid well made chairs and table. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent quality obelisks delivered and constructed in situ by 2 helpful young men. I telephoned the office a couple of times and the staff were polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

The table and benches were delivered on 29th May. I wasn't entirely happy with the navy seat pads and parasol, and thought that the green would look better. Having emailed the company, I wasn't expecting such a prompt response or that they'd be able to rectify it, just because I'd changed my mind. I received a call stating that there would be a delivery the following day for the exchange. Nick and Symon arrived after a call one hour before with an ETA. They were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Nick gave information regarding maintenance of the furniture and removal of the parasol, and dismantling the table if necessary. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Absolutely brilliant.
