Faulty items and zero customer service
Faulty items delivered, shirt numbers are wonky and peeling. Customer service is non existent, phone number is unmanned, email address is unmanned.
Live chat works sporadically but mostly doesn’t. Really poor service. Replacement sent, waited a week and the same issues on the shirts, even worse than the first batch. No way of contacting anyone again. Only option is to contact payment provider. Strongly advise anyone to avoid. One star review is flattering!

Complete scam - do not buy anything via Kitbag!
The order was the wrong size - this would normally not be an issue for most businesses, as you'd be able to return it and be sent a new item of the correct size.
However, it appears Kitbag have completely shut down all customer service options. The form to issue a return via their website doesn't work. The contact form to reach out to their support team on the website also does not work. The customer service number is closed and sends you back to their broken website.
This was a birthday gift I spent over £70 on and now have completely wasted this money. Because of Kitbag's lack of customer support - I feel that this is a scam operation and would encourage anyone reading this to not buy anything from them, if you have any issues with your order you will not be able to get any help for it!

No way to contact Kitbag with issue
Ordered x2 England kits from Kitbag. One item was a pre-order item and one was not.
Non pre-order item was meant to be shipped 4 days ago however my status is still processing.
I've tried to call customer services, their contact centre is closed and I called during the opening times advertised.
I then emailed customer services, received an email back saying the inbox is not monitored and that I should fill out the contact form.
Tried to fill out the contact form and there is an error with the form.
Last resort I tried to speak to an agent via live chat, but nothing happens. I was just left waiting with no agent entering the chat.
Shocking service all around, there seems literally no way of contacting Kitbag if there's an issue. Probably going to have to do a chargeback and won't have my items which is pretty disappointing.
