I ordered an icecream maker didnt received the goods after 2 weeks emailed them they said to wait 3 more days as the goods had been despatched but still not received anything. Emailed them twice more but just got automated emails. Finally rang them but got kitchenart.co.uk and lady told me there kitchenarts is a different company and gave me another she had looked up and this was just another automated message. Website now no longer exists!!!!!
I ordered on the 9th Feb, and hadn't received the product after 10 days so contacted them. They said they would check with the Royal Mail to see where it was. Then on the 28th Feb I received a refund with no other message. Waste of time!
