15 days since order placed and not even a notification of dispatch
Order placed on 5th April. No notification of delivery. I emailed their support on 16th April... and still no reply now on 20th April. My order number is Order Number: 2330207

Color does not match
The set and quality is fantastic but the colour does not at all matches with the images at the website. Disappointed in that...

Worst support
Got a gift for my birthday, it was a meater+ but the device was not working. So contacted support of kitchentime, niw a month further I still dont have a replacement or working device. After sales are a complete joke! So. I contacted meater support myself and got a replacement unit in 2 days! Never buying anything at kitchentime again
