I Have made Order for Arsenal and Springboks totaling R3998.00.
Payment went through. No tracing number, No confirmation. No Replies to my emails.... NOTHING!
I am edging South Africans to report this scam to Hawks or Serious crime agents.
Their Address shows somewhere in Pretoria: 178 Rudolf Crescent Hazeldean Tyger Valley Pretoria.
When you read how many people lost or are losing, it will be Millions or Billions of Rands. It is Huge!!! But most worrying or sad is that People's emotions dangled around. Buying a gift for someone which doesn't exist is a big emotional de-stress deal.
Kit Nation South Africa, your time will come.

Scam. No update. No delivery

Took the money and didn't get delivery

i placed an order for a Liverpool FC jersey on the 7th of May 2025 and my payment went through but i haven't received any email to confirm my order or a track number, it's been over a week now

I placed my order on the 12th April 2025.I have continuously emailed and left messages,in their chat room.Thus far ,there is no correspondence from anyone at Kitnation.The sweater ,I purchased was supposed to be gift.The person's birthday has come and gone.

first and last time buying from Kit Nation. no updates on my order, all communication channels are useless. Temu has the best service compared to these people. their email provided can not accept my emails. its like after taking your money then you don't exist. and they don't care. they just cant be bothered. i am so disappointed.
