I placed an order on February 20, 2024, and after a long wait, I was finally informed on March 25, 2024, that they couldn't fulfill it. I was given the option to choose another item or get a refund. I responded on April 12, 2024, but have received no response to date, despite multiple follow-up emails. Their communication is severely lacking and very disappointing.

I really liked the services provided by KitNations, they helped me to settle down in London mainly thanks to the kit which I found very useful! Pierre is really nice, he managed to send answers to my questions really quickly, which I appreciated. Thanks KitNations and good luck with the current situation 🤞

Just the best service I had to get settled - I want to support them now that the crisis can very hard: Pierre the founder came to me directly in London and delivered the Welcome pack (even if that wasn’t included in the offer). He took time to help me and my friend as we were in a very bad situation. His advice was so precious and so clear, we went from crisis time to thriving immediately. He helped us setup the whole pack (bank, sim, NIN, Oyster…). Even after, he was looking for posts on accommodations and giving away more tips as we evolved in London, without asking! Thank you so much again, this was a year ago and it seems weird now to think about all of it during this hard moment. Good luck Pierre!

Impeccable service! The kits were actually delivered IN PERSON! Couldn't believe it. Communication was crystal clear from the very start and everything advertised on their website was done perfectly. They helped me setting everything up and walked me through some key info needed in London (instead of just giving the kit and going away). FINALLY a company that overdelivers and surpassed all my expectations! 10/10 would recommend!

An accessible, thoughtful pack that helps make moving to London easier. The city can feel a bit daunting for first timers, but KitNations makes logistics understandable (such as in transport and accommodation), provides excellent recommendations and supports local businesses. Brilliant!

The kit itself is made with quality product, and the content is exactly what you need when you arrive to a new country. I have been living as an expat in 5 different countries, and wish I had this at the time I arrived to the previous ones!

Nice Kit to set you up when you arrive in the UK. Activation of my bank and sim card was a really simple process, and i used them instently. The chatbot is helpfull as well as the team. Great experience !
