Selling sold out experiences and cancelling last minute
Sold me a ticket on a cruise ship in Paris that was apparently sold out already. They did not send the voucher and when asked, they just gave me automatic responses like "they are on it" and "the internal team is looking into it" but did not answer any of my specific questions. Then, no surprise, they cancelled 1 day before. It was too late, the other options i had were also sold out in the meantime. They should have cancelled it right away, not wait 5 days.
They accept my booking for sevilla…
They accept my booking for sevilla alcazar Garden and also my payment, the day After they cancelled the booking because the ticket was sold out. We lost the occasion to visit that place for they fault. Don't trust this company, Is a scam
Life/Death Situation Abroad via Unreliable eSIM Customer Service
They requested that in order for me to get my refund, I needed to provide them screenshots of my problems so they could have strong evidence. I replied saying that I did not trust them because in order to give them screenshots from my phone through their chat/app, I had to grant them permission to access my photos and screenshots, which I did not feel comfortable doing, and denied, as one of their methods earlier led me to a certification_error and notified me that if I proceeded to continue to the unsafe website, attackers could gather my sensitive information, so I did not proceed with the method and did not allow them permission to my photos and screenshots. They persisted with this as a reason to not give me my refund in the end.
Background:
I followed their instructions for "How to Redeem Your Purchase" which required me, the customer, "to install the eSIM after arriving in Thailand to avoid calculating the validity period in advance". It then goes on to show installation steps: method 1 asks for the customer to scan the provided QR code, method 2 asks the customer to manually add SM-DP_Address and Activation Code. I attempted both methods multiple times and consistently ran into these problems: method 1 takes me to a general website in Chinese where there's no further instructions nor any clear indication on how to proceed from there to install the eSIM as directed from the instructions before. As a result, I attempt Method 2 as described for my phone type (Android, Samsung) and cannot do so as the steps shown to navigate my phone menu do not align with the steps they have provided me in their screenshotted phone menu instructions for Android, Samsung users. This method also led me to an unsafe website and I was notified about potential attackers able to gather my data if I continued (certification_error). In conclusion, as I'm traveling, already on my third day into this back and forth dispute with their customer service, all the while trying to enjoy my vacation, I've already told them I've gone on with another service already as I'm in need of internet phone service to rely on to travel and communicate with family and friends tagging along, which their service did not meet already from day one of my arrival as promised and decided upon already during purchase. Despite this, they have said they would not refund me, even though I've already expressed to them multiple times that I could not even install, activate, and use their service at all, as both methods I've followed and attempted several times, on my own time during a once-in-a-lifetime event, at multiple, free public WiFi locations, have not worked since day one of arrival. I've not even had a chance to use their 10-day-service, as they've requested to be install and activate only once I've landed in Thailand, and now, I'm already three days in. I've expressed multiple times I did not want their service anymore (there's no point to do it for ten-day service from now) and have already moved into a different one that is already serving my needs for survival purposes that they couldn't do so, as promised when I bought their service/product. My once-in-a-lifetime vacation has turned into a living nightmare because of this and the only thing I requested is for someone to help get my refund back... I'd just like to see my money back for something I did not even get to see nor use; is this not theft? How about other customers who have experienced similar situations? Are they also not being scammed for a product or service they did not receive? Are they also not being put into danger while arriving abroad with no phone service they paid for and unable to install and activate?
Tours were unavailable after booking
I had booked two separate tours in Barcelona through them, Sagrada Família and Monserrat. A day or two after each booking they regretfully cancelled them due to lack of availability. By this time tickets were sold out everywhere and we missed going to them. Will never use them again.
Nice trip with kkday
Nice trip with kkday. I compared with other travel website, kkday has more products for my trip. Everything goes well. 5 stars!
Horrible company, deceptive tactics
Horrible company who hides behind their ‘no refunds’ blank statement even when they have provided a product and service that is not usable to a consumer. Upon numerous attempts to reclaim my $1000aud that was paid for universal studios japan express passes to super Mario world, they have done nothing to help me even though they gave me tickets for a time I won’t even be in the park. They do t tell you they won’t give you options for your area entry time like all of the other booking sites do and upon ordering I kept waiting for the section to come but then my transaction went through with no choice. The random time they gave me is later than when we will even be here and they refuse to give me a cancellation or refund. I am fighting this and will dispute with my bank. When you buy a service or product that is not usable you are entitled to a refund. Get off your high horse hiding behind stupid ‘policies’ and help me.
We enjoyed a day tour in Hokkaido
We enjoyed a day tour in Hokkaido. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our tour bus driver drove us safely and smoothly throughout our visits to Asahiyama zoo, ningle terrace, shirahige falls. Our guide "Joe" was the best! Informative, fun, knowledgable, and organized. Thank you, Bobi and Mel
KKDay.com: Your Passport to Travel Hell – A Nightmare Unleashed!
I recently had an absolutely horrendous experience with KKDay.com, and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish encounter with their services. The pinnacle of their incompetence lies in their abysmal customer service, which not only lacks basic professionalism but also indulges in outright deceit.
The first red flag was when they arbitrarily changed my ID number without providing any valid explanation. When I confronted their customer service about this inexplicable alteration, they shamelessly denied any wrongdoing, despite ample evidence pointing to the contrary. It's astounding how they can so blatantly lie to their customers without a shred of accountability.
What's even more infuriating is their refusal to rectify their own mistakes. After denying any involvement in the ID number fiasco, they conveniently informed me that the only solution was to repurchase the service. Yes, you read that right – instead of owning up to their errors, they nonchalantly expect customers to foot the bill for their incompetence.
Upon delving into the abyss of 1-star reviews on TrustPilot, it became glaringly evident that my experience was not an isolated incident. Numerous users detailed eerily similar cases of KKDay.com altering IDs, denying responsibility, and coercing customers into repurchasing services. This pattern strongly suggests a systematic and unethical approach to handling customer issues, bordering on what appears to be a scam.
In light of this disturbing trend, I implore anyone reading this review to exercise extreme caution before considering KKDay.com for their travel needs. The sheer volume of negative experiences documented by fellow users on TrustPilot points towards a company that seems to be engaged in deceptive practices. Perhaps it's time for authorities to open an investigation into KKDay.com, probing into the actions of their CEO and staff to ascertain the extent of this potential scam.
In my honest opinion, KKDay.com is nothing short of a travel wrecking company, with a CEO seemingly indifferent to the erosion of their company's integrity. Save yourself the agony of ruined holiday plans and steer clear of KKDay.com – there are undoubtedly better alternatives out there.
Poor service and bad product
Error by KKday but customer has to bear the error charge
Lousy customer service which does not address the rootcause of their error at all but keep repeating customer has to bear the cancellation charge. I recently booked a HSR train tickets but i realised the year of birth is wrong. At first i thought it was my typr error that resulted the voucher that was isseud to me was wrong. i contacted the support contact and it indicated i got to cancel my order and i wont not be able to get a full refund as there is a service fee incurred. A day later, after through the order information i realised what i submitted was correct but the voucher issued by KKday was wrong information. So i contacted the support again but they inssisted they are not able to reinstate my order and i still have to bear the 10% service charge. Why should a customer bear the charge when is not the fault of mine? all in all, they did not even explain or investigate why the error to prevent it from happening again. Disappointing agency!
DISGUSTING AND UNETHICAL
I recently had a disappointing experience with KKday's customer service, and it has left me thoroughly unsatisfied. The company, which offers international online booking services, provided inaccurate prices for their products. It's disheartening that a company of this nature would present prices that are not confirmed by their suppliers. A more responsible approach would have been to temporarily take the product offline until the pricing is accurately determined. Interestingly, a competitor, Klook, manages to implement this strategy effectively. KKday's failure in this regard has resulted in the loss of numerous customers, myself included. To compound the issue, the response I received via email, stating that "prices change from time to time without notice," comes across as not only unhelpful but also remarkably rude. This experience has certainly diminished my confidence in KKday's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Quite easy to use and fast response
I buy tickets from this app and seems…
I buy tickets from this app and seems fine for me. Their price is a little bit expensive. Maybe I will not use it in future.
scammers
definitely don't use it. first class scammers. booking made airport fastrack paid properly and they send the day in advance oh price is more expensive than you paid. you have to pay extra
Third party bookings doesn't guarantee the same customer service
I booked a Busselton Jetty tour via Kkay in August and on the day the tour provider mentioned a 40% doscount for all clients due to low visibility on the observatory tour.
I approached the office like others on the day and got told that only the trade manager can process my refund due to booking via Kkday, which I followed up with Kkday but the customer service failed to provide reasonable explanation about how they can't deliver the 40% discount.
At the end they only can provided 20% discount but again simply want me to accpet the offer without answering my questions directly. "How can other clients get 40% discount and my case 20% while there is only 2 dollars price differ from Busselton Jetty and Kkday?"
When I disagreed and will seeking for legal support to clarify the case. The Kkday customer service respond was passive aggressive to said they "respect" my right to "escalate" the case.
I didn't "escalate" the case, the poor customer service from Kkday did.

Untrustworthy and irresponsible
Untrustworthy and irresponsible
I had a terrible experience with the airport pick-up service I booked through KKday for my trip to Beijing. I requested a pick-up time of 10:40 pm, but my flight landed at 10:20 pm and the driver was not present at the arrival gate. When I called the agency at 10:50 pm, they claimed that the driver had already left at 10:30 pm because they believed the "actual" landing time was 9:30 pm. This is completely unreasonable as passengers cannot arrive at the gate within minutes of the plane's landing.
The hotline operator also lied to me about arranging for the driver to come back to pick me up in 20 minutes, but no one ever arrived. When I messaged the hotline again at 11:20 pm, I was told that no arrangement had been made and my case was closed. As a solo female traveler without access to public Wi-Fi or a local phone number, I was left feeling stranded and helpless.
This was a completely inhumane experience, and I cannot recommend this airport pick-up service to anyone. Days later, Kkday replied that there is nothing they can do, no further follow up from them.
Don't buy from this app. I haven't got my refund after 14 working days. No reply from kkday
I purchased airport transfer from kkday. It was a friend who recommended this app to me.
I followed the instruction, that I should contact the supplier mobile number by sending them messages, should I not hear from them 48hours after my purchased.
I sent them messages, read but no response, even a day before I travel.
Requested kkday to cancel my purchase. I was given lots of unnecessary stress, queries by kkday.
Untill now, 14 working days passed, still haven't received.y refund. Contacted kkday many times, also no feedback.
Don't bother to use this app. There are more apps or websites providing same services.
