kleinfeld.co.uk Reviews

Purchase wouldn't go through as it didn't recognise my credit card details. Looking through reviews it seems this is common. Not sure if this is a scam! I'll be checking my credit card statement carefully.

Buying for that someone special made easy! I purchased an engagement ring for my partner it arrived when I wanted it ready for my proposal. I found it the price compared to others very reasonable too. Highly recommend these guys.

I shall keep Kleinfeld in view when I next go shopping for such goods. Kleinfeld had the product that I had set my mind on, when it was "out of stock", or not even listed, on my usual go-to sites. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery.

Dimond Ear Rings. I ordered some Dimond ear rings for a 40th Birthday, the selection process & ordering was easy. I got confirmation the same day, but I then got an email saying out of stock. Later the same day I received an email saying the good had been dispatched. I mailed to clarify the correct goods had been dispatched & had that confirmed. Good arrived as ordered

Brilliant. The website is so easy to navigate. I ordered my ring and it came within afew days. The packaging is lovely and the ring itself it's absolutely gorgeous. Didn't need to use customer services as everything was so straight forward and easy. Highly recommend this place.

Always reliable and customer-friendly. As always, Kleinfeld delivered the goods I ordered within a very short time, and they were exactly as described. Five stars for the whole experience.

Ordered a ring and necklace on separate occasions. The website also ensures you know what you should and shouldn’t do with jewellery to prevent damage. Great quality for good prices and having the RRP listed next to items shows you you’re getting good value for the money it actually costs at Kleinfeld.

The whole experience of purchasing some garden chairs from Kleinfeld UK was brilliant. Very happy with this purchase. It was very straight forward and the chairs arrived exactly when they said they would in very secure packaging.
