I lost 100 Euros ! Not serious!
A real shame, on June 29, 2019 I canceled 2 tickets online (VIP Service). I received a cancellation confirmation stating that I would be reimbursed within 3 weeks. But actually today August 8, 2019 (6 weeks later), I have never been reimbursed. And what's more, they never reply to emails. It is clear that they are only looking for cash but when it comes to paying back they disappear. I lost 100 Euros! Attitude not serious and not at all professional! It is better to take a taxi.
