Great Machine - Wonderful Service - A Model for Online Shopping
I just bought a De Longhi Espresso Machine from you. This is the second time I have bought the same machine. A year ago I bought one to use in my second house in France. I bought it from the shop in Naarden and I have been 100% satisfied with this machine. (In the past 15 years I have had 5 different espresso machines from other suppliers and they have all caused trouble - so I think I am a bit of an expert on the subject of espresso machine unreliability.) My De Longhi makes great coffee, is easy to work and has caused no trouble at all. So after 10 months I decided to get another one for my apartment in Amsterdam. On the website I saw that the same model was now even cheaper than when I bought it last time (and it was a great price last time). I ordered it online at 17.00 on Friday. On Saturday morning I woke up to find an email saying that the machine would arrive between 12.30 and 14.30 that day. It did arrive in the promised period. I am very impressed by this performance. Your logistics management is outstanding. And your website is well-designed, informative and easy to use. If it were possible to give 6 stars, that is what I would do.
