Where are they?
Technically, this isn't about you, but about the shipping carrier: they’ve changed my delivery date twice, and now they won't even give me an estimated arrival time.
I can not tell you something about the shoes because I don't have them yet.

Chaotic delivery
I have placed an order a week before I was in need of the shoes, I even paid extra money for fast delivery. I was waiting for my order to be sent out and it still wasn't even shipped yet on the day I normally needed them, while they told me in costumer service that the shoes would be sent out 2 days before he day I needed them. After that day the shoes still werent shipped so I asked for a refund and to this day I still have not received my refund while I politely asked for it on the 29th. This was my first ever purchase from them which i was so excited about because i've seen many people have amazing experiences so I was very confident about this.

The service was good but the items…
The service was good but the items themselves are variable in quality. I have a different colour in the same size in the same style of shoe and fit is completely different and the materials are poorer quality.
You do have to watch where you go with these as they scuff easily but these are looking like they have been worn up and down mountains.

Great quality boots
Fast delivery, no issues.

The boots are lovely
The boots are lovely. They are comfortable and the embroidery is beautiful. The only negative I would say and it was easily fixed was the way too long laces.

Very bad quality
Very bad quality! The dark pink left stained streaks on the light pink on first wear.
The strap is extremely flimsy and poorly constructed as well.
Over all I am very disappointed in them and will not be purchasing from this brand again unless serious reforms happen in terms of quality. The only good thing I have to say is that they did fit. I bought these on clearance and was disappointed in the quality for the price, can’t imagine how upset I would be if I paid full price.
