What a wonderful experience! Jolly is a legend and made the experience so homie. We had accidentally booked our tickets for the day after but he allowed us to come onboard since there was space. Highly recommended!

Like always nice clean comfortable bus. Leave and arrive on time after a safe drive where the driver was friendly with a good sense of humor.

CPH airport to Aarhus. On time good value and great with a break on the ferry. Let down by lack of signs in the airport to where the bus stop is and could also do with realtime info display at the stop or a bus tracker on app.

Great value for money, good service. We travelled a return trip from Hillerød to Aarhus. It cost us less than half what a train would have cost, and was bit over an hour quicker.

Really low level of costumer service when writing the service center.

** I made a mistake when changing my booking and got charged twice in a few minutes (Changing FEE) on the same booking and didn't get any help because it was my own fault.

Super easy service. Fab pricing, jump on a bus, have a break on the ferry and get to your destination. Simple, easy and comfortable. Would defo use again!

Catching the bus after the 18:21 Bornholm ferry docked in Ystad was not well organised. The driver stopped further away than he was supposed to, and had no explanation of which bus he was driving. He just got off the bus and started smoking amongst the hundred odd people waiting. We had reserved specific seats and when we asked which were ours, he just waved his smoke in the air and said go have a look. After I put our baggage under the bus he cheekily said you're welcome. So he did not help with the reserved seats and we had to ask other passengers to make space. Not a nice experience and Kombardo need to do something about their passenger service.

As nine other passengers and a chauffeur of a later departure could attest to, our bus never showed up at the pickup spot in the specified interval. Some of us paid for and took the next bus, and others (going further) had to wait several hours for alternative transportation. When we finally got through to customer service, we were told to write an email instead. When I received a reply, they insisted it was our (ten people plus one of their own drivers) fault that we "couldn't find the bus" and were willing to refund only the original ticket but not the more expensive emergency-purchase that resulted from the missing bus. The driver on the next bus as well as the one on my bus home were both very nice and helpful, though!

Had bought a ticket from CPH to Rønne. The bus never showed up for this departure and we had to wait two hours by the side of the road for next one. No information from the bus company, no way of getting in touch with them since their customer service closes at 18.00. No explanation, no nothing. So if you have any other options for your travel than this company, do yourself a favor and choose the other one.

The worst bus company ever.Driver, is mean,you can't charge your phone and there is no wifi. I have paid 120 dkk extra to sit together with my girlfriend but there is no seats reservation so we had to sit separately.It's a total scam and thievery. Website is only in Danish as well as every information in the bus. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The worst possible system for boarding busses after the Bornholm ferry. More than 100 passengers waiting in long lines for three different busses without having any way to know which one their tickets were valid for. Many people were rejected first and second time around as they had (without knowing) qued for the wrong bus. Absolute mayhem. Come up with a better system ASAP!
And also very hard to see on ticket, where to board the bus, both from Copenhagen and Rønne

About 100+ people waited on the buses at Ystad too go to Copenhagen. The buses all arrived 30 min late, and the organisational part of who goes in what bus was non-existent. I got on one bus where the driver informed who ever asked that we had to wait another 30 min due to him not getting his required break. Now let me make this clear, this is not a complaint on the part of the driver, but that of the company. It seems to me this company cares as deeply for their customers as they do for their employees, they have shown they dont respect the time of both. The second star is only for the honesty of the driver.
