Still one of my favorite web shops. Never had any problems with them. Support is always very helpful. Always happy to make some shopping there ;-)

I pre-ordered a game and a console, and when I ordered it said that it would be here on the day of release. But I did not receive my package on the day of release and no further date on when it would arrive since the postal service did not receive it, and when I contacted the customer service about the package the response I got was "we can't do anything about it".

Simply the best customer support in Denmark i had a defect in my product so I contacted Komplett customer support and a guy named Pontus a true legend, he told me to throw my product away instead of sending it back and he gave me a new one. He made my day.

Bought 3 games through komplett.dk, one of them couldn't be activated, i wrote an email to their costumer service the 2nd of december, being told i would get an answer within 2 weekdays, the 8th of december i wrote to them again, as they hasn't responded yet, all i was told was they'd respond within 2 weekdays, it is now the 11th of december and i haven't heard from them yet.

I bought a laptop on their website that they have no busines selling, since it´s pretty much useless.

From the second i turned it on, it jumped off and on the internet, the speaker quality hurts your ears, if i have 3 tabs open, the whole screen would turn black, then all the tabs would be green and have to be refreshed to work.
All around this computer beyond sucked.

I go to return it, and looking through their website i couldnt find how to pack it.
Apperently the screen got cracked on the way to them, which sucks.

But what really sucks it that they dont tell you how to package it clearly, and yet keep blaming me for back packing.

So now they are sending back a complete worthless and uselss computer.

I will never do business with this company again.

I bought full PC parts from komplett.dk last week in two separate orders. One was available and arrived the next day. The other one was expected to be available in a few days (the exact date was mentioned on the product) which actually DID get available and sent on the date and arrived by the next day.
All parts were fine and i've had no issues after one week since I assembled the PC.
Plus, prices were great compared to others!
Overall, I had a very good experience with this company.

fast delivery and when it showed that i had been to eager and wanted to return half the order; unsealed that is. no problems; kind, quickly and easy guidance and money back on the card few days later

I received a screen that could not connect to my new macbook - or could it connect to my thinkpad. I bought the correct cabel advised from costumer service and yet no connection. I returned the product with an agreement of a 10% fee, which was fine, but once the case was handled, they wanted 30% because I'd used the wrong tape to seal and patch up the cardboard casing. Their argument is, that the box is too damaged, which it already was once i received it. I was not advised not to use a specific kind of tape, I just wished to protect their product and make sure it returned to them safely.

Update: Talked to Meena and komplett agreed to the 10% fee, however forgot to note it down and pass on the message. I am still paying the 30% return fee due to bad communication. She even called me and apologized me personally, which does not really matter anyway when they do not stick to their word!

Bought a premium headphone from them worth nearly 1000 euros, only to find out later that what they delivered was simply an empty box with no product inside. Yes, there was all the packaging but none of the equipment. Contacted support, wasted countless hours, was promised a replacement only to be told weeks later it's not possible anymore. While customer support is generally there to make things right, not theirs. If I were you, I would steer clear of them and make sure to make unboxing videos unless you are delivered an empty box as well.

I've got a special offer of a lower price that other web shops for a PC monitor after a short nice chat with them. It had been sent the next day. Thereafter I've changed my mind and had no problem whatsoever in returning it free of charge.
They should serve as an example for other web shops.

They got the money locked the order for weeks then just canceld the order... Still have not gotten my money back
