Not serious

They wanted to buy my « vintage arcade games » they send me a shipping label, it’s said that it’s delivered but they say they don’t receive.
7 games for a value of 187€
I’m shocked that a big company like that, steal people !

I have made several orders in the past…

I have made several orders in the past month to this company, the products are not shown as they truly are (no actual photos of what you buying). None of the Game Boy's I have bought from them have ever arrived in reasonable condition and I ended up over paying for something I wouldn't in the first place. I was expecting that as a known company they would be doing due diligence on what they are selling, they stick a Warranty Seal on the product but check nothing, otherwise how can you explain a DEAD WORM inside the game boy?
What kind of hygiene standard is going on in this company, specially now that COVID-19 is going around?
I think you have a lot to answer for!

thanks alot for your honest Feedback! I am very sorry to hear that you are not quite happy with your GameBoy orders so far. I can see that you bought mainly consoles that a declared as partial broken. We do not open these consoles but only test the buttons and the screen and clean the case. As discussed we sent you a replacement for the received console. Please let me know as soon it's with you!

About condition and pictures: As mentioned in our description for every item use sample images, since we almost always have consoles in stock several times. The condition of the console is always described in the title and the description. For logistical reasons we currently do not have the possibility to put an individualized photo online for each console. This would mean that we would have to put every item online 5-50+ times. We are working on a solution for the pictures. You will find a description of each item with a declaration of the traces of use. We differentiate our conditions very clearly as follows:

broken, heavily used and parts may be broken and missing.
2nd choice, heavily used
used, with pixel errors
used, good condition with normal wear
very good condition with few traces of use
as good as new (hardly to no signs of use)
New

If you are ever unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us. If we have articles only once there, we can shoot individualized photos for you. We also offer you a 14-day right of withdrawal for every order, should something not fit you. Sometimes we will take things back even after the 14 days have expired. Please send us an email to info@konsolenkost.de and tell us your order number, we will be happy to help you!

I've always been happy with my items, the handling time, and the customer service.

I have ordered from this dealer off and on for several years through ebay USA. I've always been happy with my items, the handling time, and the customer service. They answered my question in a reasonable time. The default shipping choice didn't include a tracking number, which I suppose is something I've come to expect, but then again they probably can do that. Just an observation, for when you check out. Overall I have no reservations about ordering from this company regardless.

Terrible customer support and fishy online shop

Once i bought a Dreamcast game from them, namely "Phantasy Star Online ver.2", but they shipped the ver.1 disc by mistake. The only solution they offered me is a coupon in their online shop for the same price as the disc i bought. The problem is, that everything i tried to buy had 2x expensive shipping prices for some reason, which obviously i had to pay.
Also, they told me that they can only apply the coupon when i done my order. No refund, no return, no chance to get the actual item.

This is not how a customer should be threated.
