After having dealings with this company, trying to get My money and then reading all the reviews, I absolutely agree with all the bad comments.

DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

These people are hilarious. I never reallytrusted them but they still managed to lose me about 4k. Whenever we had a long and rambling conversation on the phone (with Jock Strappitch, Fan Aibaws, David Jam or whatever stupid name they went by) they would tell me how they worked for Goldman Sachs , Chase Manhattan or whatever and had left because this organisation was better. One guy (consultant trader????) spent ages telling me about his expensive lifestyle (in a Hungarian accent) and showed me his personal account with £145 million and something in it.."So why do you waste time on the likes of me with only a couple of grand in the account" I asked him... "Because I want to help people like you achieve the same wealth as me" he replied.....HHHHHHOOOOOOO
HAAAAA. I nearly wet myself.

Now the website is down so they cannot be contacted. David Jam and Peter Neilsen (if that is their real names) are thieves. The scam is a too kind word to use for this type of behaviour. Months of leading me and others on, calling often daily, coercing, persuading, showing good 'results' on their interface. At the last, after months of asking to get 'some' money out, I finally put a review up here and was asked to take it down with promises to make up the 14,000 euro trading loss and to let me 'finally' take my funds out. Days later the site is down and no way to access or contact. So sad there are ppl like this in the world. I am advised those who promise to get your money back are another set of scammers so I will leave out of that too.

The reply below means nothing. More drama with phone calls, empty promises, we will get your losses back--the lot gone. Don't go near these people!

Invested £250 last year and watched it increase to £560 over a year. I thought that wasn't too shabby until I tried to remove £50......
I was locked out of my account and was unable to sign in. When I emailed support I got no reply. Eventually my "Account Manager" got in touch and reset my password for me. I then tried to remove £50 again. Guess what happened? - Yup! locked out again. That was about 4 weeks ago.
I eventually got back in to my account to find that there was £5 and odd pennies left in my account and my account manager's blaming their software for making "bad investments". Bulls**t. IT'S A MASSIVE LONG GAME CON.
They make it look as though you're making money when in reality, they're out spending what you invested in the first place.

Hi, guys. I'm also in same group who lost the money with kontofx. I suggesting let we collect informations and jump together on that scam company. There are IP, phone numbers, credit card payments, some recorded phone conversations... Many information to track those guys. International police will appreciate to help them.

The Broker KontoFX is operating without a license or regulation the People who get in contact with you are no real brokers more telephone salesmen they are really pushy and have no respect if you are questioning their ideas they permanently push you to invest more without any foundation or know-how about trading,
besides a broker that has no regulation can not legally access the markets and place trades for investors, this requires a license!

Let’s start from the start.. I invested £250 to begin with, made £30 in 1 day. I was pushed and pushed for a couple weeks to put in £5k. I eventually did and they put me on a 3 month plan in which I would get £200 a month back. All was going well. I got my £200 back the first month and then my “manager” changed. So my plan continues all good bla bla bla. THEN, 1 week before my withdrawal date I had about £12000 in my account and my account started losing about £2k per day! It came to my withdrawal day and my manager said I could withdraw now (about £1100) or go on for 1 month more and my initial investment will be made up again. I went for the second option and same happens again! All good for 3 weeks (up to about £5k) and on the last week all my money was removed at about £1000 per day. I have not heard a thing since my money started disappearing.
Here’s the thing, as soon as your money is deposited your money is gone. All the trades last about 5-10 seconds and make you about £500.. really?! Stupid move, lost money. Now I have contacted 2 government led companies and 1 private firm to investigate into this. Will see what comes of it. Hopefully have these people jailed!

In the beginning it seemed to be ok, they made big profits, but when you want to take money out, they begin to loose money. They came up with some recovery plans, but story repeats after few succesful tradings. There's always excuse why you can not have your money back. At the end they said they will use company money for recovery, but I need to pay insurance for their investment. After the refusal to do so, they stopped calling and closed my account.
Don't invest with them as they are just yet another scamming company - with lots of promises and then nothing

Kontofx has lost all money from my account yesterday even though I have been asking them to stop trading with my money for over 9 months

I have tried to get my money back from konto fx from june but they have now steal all the money on my account. They have now steal totaly 4000 euro. Go away from that company and go together and punish the company. I invested 2250 Euro in this company and they told me it will grow 5 times very fast. And they told me that i can withdraw my money what time i want. I have tried to withdraw but konto fx do not let me do it. I have not be on my account since may but anyway have the broker trade so all the money is gone at my account. They say they will help me but of course its just a lie. They only speak. Badest company ever :(

I am still waiting and already for very long time to get back the 250 euro which nobody calls, nobody answers my emails. If some call appears on my mobile after 2 rings it disconnected. It would be very easy to send back this money, you sure have some people working in accountance, they can transfer back the money but nobody asked for my phone number. It is really shamable that if someone doesnt want to continue you are doing your best to keep such a miserable amount of money. And I see I am not alone, this is the practice you are doing with quite pretty number of people. I think I should try to contact with few people and make court case from this, I am sure the phone company can also give me the entering calls and how many seconds it take to ring because at my work we have such machine which is registering all the calls, taken not taken, so the mobile phone company must have these registers so you cant continue to say you were calling me. But when accidentaly I got a call it was not to ask how to give me back the money but how to not give me back the money. Dont asnwer that I have to contact you by email, because I did and I have it all in my sent email box and answers came only few time maybe few months ago.

2 times now these cowboys have lost 400 pounds from my account first time they put it back in after I wrote a bad review on trustpilot which they asked me to delete so I did .second time just under 400 pounds down to -£3.11in just a few days.do not deal with YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Further to my review 12th August.
At my request in writing to Head office in Budapest.to stop trading.
And discussion with Don Bishop.
I was disgusted that Don Bishop opened two new trade's and lost £400.00 in one day after assuring me he would sort out my account.
I promptly closed the trade's.
And spoke again to Don Bishop senior manager.
I again told him to stop trading.
And he said he would see what he could do I said I wanted my money back and please stop trading.
I changed my password.
He promptly executed Four trades and lost £2300.00 ,in twenty four hours
He phoned me to say the trade's were not good again I said close the account.and refund the balance.
He said he would call me later in the day. He didn't phone,
On checking my account he had opened 29 accounts and total loss of £1890.00 in six hours.
This does confirm what others have said about this company.
My advice to everyone as I have done . make sure the fraud squad is aware.report this to their MEP as they trading in Europe. Report to the national newspaper.
And warn everyone.
Sorry to all people that lost to this scam.
Please remember.they will be back on another platform.

Soon after i posted this review Don Bishop had the cheek to phone me and say I shouldn't have tarnished his name, I told him straight ,you trashed the account. He showed no remorse .so you know what you are dealing with.

They want more money in and when you decline to take loans worth of 60 000€, they empty you investment account. That's what happened to me. In the beginning it seemed to be ok, but when you want to take money out it is not possible. They say it takes long time to gather the money etc etc. There's always excuse why you can not have your money back.

I have contacted them via customer service and I never got reply in written. My first contact to them was the trading pause of seven weeks. I had that time on my account 9696€. Suddenly, when they started to do the trading, there was less that 1000€ left. I checked the trading history win loss report and there wasn't loss enough that could've explained the disappearance of 8696 euros.

this morning, my account was on minus 22€
Please please, do not put your money on any weirdo trading company, use only the registered ones that are known.

Probably I get an answer to their customer service there they are putting fault on me of loss of almost 10 000€ and none of their answers will not be able to explain the trading history and disappearance of my money.

I implore anyone with spare money thinking about investing it in kontoFx to not follow through. You are better off burning it as you at least get the heat. Absolute Joke. £1000 in the account and was told we could not withdraw it till 24th July and after this point were not able to withdraw the money or make contact to them until they informed us they had lost all funds apart from £34 and wanted further investment. We could not even withdraw the £34 as withdrawals have to be a minimum of £500 at a time.
Lists of countless emails asking how to withdraw funds and no response apart from a single phone call where they made excuses about lack of contact and lose of money.
Stephen Matthew, Ned Williams and Chris Patton were all incredibly unhelpful and extremely false. They were all unwilling to provide information to us. I.e address of business and how to withdraw funds.
Absolute con. Avoid like the plague.

I have been trading with kontofx for a while and I must say that I am very satisfied with the service and profits.

Hi I start KontoFx august 2018. The service was bad every week a new manager. and nobody cant help me. In September 2018 I decide to withdraw 265 euro . every time they have a reason why the money dont reach my visa card. after 3 mounts they have frozen my account because of security reasons. When they open my account in January 2019 My money was gone. My balance came from 265 euro to --69 euro. they told me that is the risk of trading. If I want to trade I have to deposit money. first a manager told me that it was the problem of one manager she blow my account. and they have fire her now she cant do that with no body. So now my account is safe. He told me that he is going to put money in my account for me. after a mount I ask him for my money he told me his mother is sick and he has to buy medicine so he cant help me with money. He ask me to put 1000euro and he will hel me to make it 10.000. Since than I didnt deosit. and I didnt receive nothing from konto fx. its A year of nichtmery with them.I never receive my withdraw. I receive about 20 manager in my first 3 mounts every they another lie KONTOFX IS SCAM

Still waiting to receive my money and closure of my account after 6 months. What's happening?
