Once again I’ve received a stupid reply from konto Fx if use have a read through my reviews and then konto Fx replies some of the stuff they say is so funny , I think konto Fx need to relise that people have exposed them now and start using your other names , it’s amazing how every investor has the same problem with konto Fx and they still try to squirm there way around it with ridiculous replies . This review is just to confirm to everyone that my bank fraud squad were back in touch with me to confirm that my funds went to an unknown source in Spain and have confirmed I have been scammed , they have reported everything to the police and have been in touch with international police forces to try and catch these people , if this isn’t enough proof that this company is not Legite and confirm to people not to give them any money, I give up .
The police is also looking into the reviews on here to gather as much information as possible about them . Any good reviews use see are fake and put up by konto Fx . I lost 9000 €. I want to close the account and give the investment for loss.
I am looking for other cases that want to report to make more strength and have more chances of recovering part of my investment.
First you invest € 250, they call you, they explain many things to you, they make your friends and try to create a link asking you about your family and professional situation.
Even in my case the agent told me details of his private life, putting the focus on his money and that he did it for pleasure.
Once the friendshio is made, your money goes up a little and you can double your invest in short time... then they make you see that you have to put more money ... always they had a lot of patience at the beginning.
You put more money ... in my case first 2.5k and then 5k
In a short time you see how your investment goes up and up
If you want to withdraw some money they always tell you that it is not the time, but if you want to do the test they will let you withdraw € 200 or € 300.
After a while your "friend" the broker calls you and tells you that he has a chance with a "guru" of finance and that it is an opportunity that you cannot miss.
The "guru" talks to you, asks you for your debts and investments and tells you that in 3-4 years the life of your debts ends (mortgages in my case) and the profitability will be 20k every quarter year ... but of course, first you have to put 20k more
Here I refused, and I began to want to withdraw my money.
Here the problems come ... suddenly my soul friend and broker goes on a trip and does not return. He doesn't answer the mails and they assign me another broker, with which I no longer feel like it.
They tell you that the withdrawal will take effect in two months, but what to expect ... wait patiently.
Just before the withdrawal date, you earn a lot of moneyin your account! You think: good, I can withdraw more ...
When the date comes, it turns out that they have done "bad operations" and there is nothing left in your account, residual balance ... then you think that with that balance they may recover ... ERROR again, other "bad operations" and they leave you with nothing ...

Since they have made me a comment, I will expand the full story:

I made a comment on this page and after 10 minutes they called me. They offered me credit, or as they call it co-financing, worth 9k €, just my losses. With the promise that I could withdraw the funds after two months.
I wait patiently (again) for 2 months and see how they earn money. Finally, I try to withdraw not from the total amount but from the earnings (more than 2k €).
And the history repeats. They tell me to wait until the authorized dates and during that period of time they lose everything they have earned.
I don't understand how I fall again and again in the same trap.

If you have money there and they let you ... withdraw as soon as possible!
If someone is in the same situation ... I am looking for similar cases to document.

Another update
After last update which was some time ago I've been contacted by phone two times an I have news.
First time they said they will look at my account and will find out what to do,how to recover my money.
Second time they came with plan how to do that.
SIMPLE
I need to invest more money and they double it by they side and we can crack on trading.
I said are you joking or what.
And answer was have a good day.Bye Bye.
What a ridiculous scam company.

Scammers, tried to claim my money back from them but they said that you can't get it back for 3 months as there is some kind of financial cycle, so waited till the end of June and rang them back, I got through to the reception who said they would get the financial department to contact me but I have not had one return call from them and I have tried 4 times this week, I also have an email from one of them confirming it will be sorted at the end of June. Please only use this company if you don't need your money because they will take it off you gladly, my name is Gary Coleman.

Konto Fx is a scam, they also go under the names of Uprofx, Intelligent-c, gigafx and uftgroup.
Look them up for your self. They are almost identical in nature. With one thing in common. Ripping people off. To make things worse. All sites are hosted by Google. So now comes the question can we trust google who is hosting fraudulent based stock broking.

Anthony the account manager, what and incompetent butt hole. I will say he has a very silver tongue. Persuaded me into investing some more money. When I asked for a withdrawal to see that they were as trusted as they said they were. He was constantly ringing me up to get me to invest more money.
Now my account is suspended after a considerable loss as a result of pathetic trading by Anthony I assume. They promise the world and delivery nothing but hassle.
After looking at the response they made. I sent them a query and still have not gotten a response. 1 weeks later still nothing. Funny that they should mention that I left my last name off. They could not even bring them selves to identify who they were that were responding. Obviously something to hide.

KontoFX company is just a lie

Everyone who has money in KontoFX never gets it back.I had € 19,970.00 when I wanted to get out, they said I had a loss and I had no more money.
The trading platform on KontoFX is fake.
All of you who have money on KontoFX check your personal information is incorrect.
When they do not want to refund you, do not wait to notify the police immediately.

Having opened an account with Konto on the spur of the moment I then read reviews which suggested that it was a scam. There were definitely people that I had conversations with that backed this up. However the person (Daniel) that dealt with my account, and spoke to me on a regular basis came across as a helpful and genuine guy who certainly seemed to know his stuff.

I was very sceptical at the beginning as I had no experience and did not know what to expect. Over the months of work together I built my confidence as the results spoke for themselves. My account has now grown substantially and I am seing regular returns as a second income that helps me pay for my house. With the help of my advisor I now understand how to manage my money better and to have my finance in control.

After making an investment of £250 I quickly decided that I did not wish to trade and requested a withdrawal of my funds. That was in November 2018!!! After repeated requests I have still not received a penny back. I strongly recommend that you avoid using this company!

Update: I have spoken with/emailed this company 12 times since Jan 19 about my withdrawal. I have still not received any money back. Darin Kovac rang me today to basically explain that he will 'update me tomorrow'. When asked for an email update he stated he can't email me as he 'is too busy'.

Update 4 Sep 19: I have not heard from KontoFX since the last conversation. I have written again to Customer Services today. I have insisted that they contact me via email only as previous telephone conversations have been denied. I find it highly suspicious that they are very reluctant to put anything in writing.

KontoFX is a SCAM

They use simulation software to make you think they are trading on the markets - They are not!

When they believe they have got every penny from you, they set a trade going that reduces your account to zero, and then they call you to offer insurance just in case you have any savings left

They are VERY convincing con men and have taken me for over £350k

First experience:
I opened an account with Kontofx last September 2018. I was encouraged to deposit more to a total of 415,000NZD into the account. The account was on target to reach 750,000euro by the end of this year. The account manager said he had one of the top traders who were willing to have my account for 5 trades. He opened some crypto trades asking me to put another 50,000 euro into the account so I wouldn't have to pay night rates. I deposited the money in different amounts and with charges, the money was 200 GBP short on the third night the trader walked out of the office knowing the night charges would triple and wipe my account out, I lost 500,000 euro.
Second experience:
The account manager encouraged me to deposit more money into the account stating the exchange would match 3 to 1 that I deposited, and the company (Kontofx) would match 2 to 1 that I deposited.
I deposited more money into the account. The account manager opened more trades on 2nd April 2019 and after that with the last one being opened 6th June 2019. The trades started going into profit in the second week of June. By the 26th of June, my account was showing a 735,000euro profit. Two hours later my account had been wiped, the trades had closed showing the trades were in 265,000euro profit.
The account manager has been extremely difficult to contact (not that he has been easy to contact at any time). Sporadic messages on what's app, in one message he has said that he has been fired from Konto FX. I would speak to the account manager if he would return my attempts to speak with him. I have sent 51 emails to the 'Tankman' beginning 26/4/2019, of these the Tankman chose to reply to 6, and you tell me to speak to the Account manager 'TANK Man'???
Extremely hard to believe that an account can be wiped out when showing to be in profit and yet that is what happened. I have a screenshot to prove this is so. How can an account be wiped out when the trades are showing a 265,000euro profit?
Emails to the KontoFX support email address get the usual response of; "Please be advised that your inquiry is received, and we have forwarded it to the relevant department". Then the email goes cold no further action.
These are the facts!! Tell me otherwise with your facts!!

I've been conned by Kontofx like the other people out there and can only warn you all to STAY FAR AWAY and AVOID this firm at all cost, as the many negative write up are true; it's a PURE SCAM and for me executed by Frank Cruze in Jul-19. (NOT AN EXPERIENCED TRADER AT ALL).

Placed circa £6k back in Aug-18 and it rose to almost £80k over a year and in Jul-19 having given 6 months notice to withdrawal capital (for an operation for my mum), I submitted a withdrawal form and within a few days the year capital was reduced to almost nothing. I advised every trading manager that I had, (as they are changed almost every 3 months), of the withdrawal and completed the correct paperwork and sent message to both the trader and via the system itself, even told the traders that I wanted to lowest risk approach possible on the BOT, no swaps, only events trades and needed to maintain a financial floor of £20k at all times but Frank/Kontofx has ignored my instructions/requests and maintained the jacked up the risk levels and just smashed my investment to pieces through their nefarious/negligent actions. - I have kept a record of every trade and email sent to support my comments should anyone deny it from kontofx, and any future investor want further details.

As an unregulated firm and filled with confidence schister/grifters they are here to exploit and take your money, relying on your greed to extract more and more money from you. Once you want it back then the same old storey of the market turned and it was a known risk and we're sorry we lost it all is all they say in order to hide the fact that they're so called experienced traders have conned you and inspite of your clear instructions, their so called experts, always manage to loose all your cash to prevent you withdrawing any funds. Yes this is not a one off its happening to a heck of a lot of people.

I found there are a number of reviews online that give the impression that kontofx is a good firm however I am now of the belief that the majority of these are all fake as no one wins apart from kontofx and their conmen, as they softly take your money and even when you tell them to stop trading to protect what you've made so far, they don't stop until they fleece it all away once you want to withdraw you money. (Mum won't get her eye operation now and they don't care a damn, cos their working their scam.)

Bad software (don't show swap info and not transparent), poor traders that don't listen to you and don't know when to stop trading when there are loosing money, never can get money out even with notice; in short my experience is that it's been ONE BIG CON.

STAY FAR AWAY AND DON'T LET YOURSELF GET MUGGED BY THESE CON ARTISTS. You'll only end up feeling as stupid and cheated as I do as I write this review.

The response provided from Konto below is just a work of fiction and completely taken out of context and misrepresents the situation. The below request is to increase bot back with another trader, as I have written evidence of this and that I’ve personally only requested low risk investments from Konto at every exchange. The losses sustained are via Swaps and over hiked bot activity which the traders can set. Konto answer is just a lie and if any of you readers want evidence that the below is untrue write me and I’ll be happy to send it to you. DON’T BE FOOLED by their replies as they are untrue and misrepresentations.

E.g. Feedback from Frank on the 19th June 2019 at 14.43 “Regarding the software, the exposure is around 20-30% at the moment which still hides a bigger risk on the capital but so far so good, everything is going well.
There’s always a certain amount we prefer not do go below and if this happens by any change, we have tools to stabilize things.”...
In reality he did nothing but screw me as loosing circa 70k in less than a week does not demonstrate anyone that knows what their doing or has control of what they are doing, even when directed by me.

The site and people are in my opinion acting fraudulently and lie in their review feedback. - I would never gamble with my mums health and this is why I gave them a max investment floor to work of 20k but they continue to ignore it and have kept on robbing me. VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE HERE.

i am working with the company for 6 months already and have invested a 6-digit number and have made more that 100%. i got good support and am very satisfied with the service, trading, information, etc. i am starting to create a good cash-flow for passive income and it is way better than investing or working with the bank. the balance looks much better than i am use to and it is like christmas for me in the summer. Would recommend 10/10. All you need is some patience and understanding with your brokers.

Had £215,000 @ 02/07/2019 my business partner had also large sums; since he requested a modest withdrawal kontofx has haemorrhaged monies and now down to £70,000 today although not requeated withdrawals.
Having all sorts of excusea that dont stack up. Have instructed no high risk approach and now asked for all trading to be suapended through trader and support.
Appears they are still trading, lots of costa on swaps that havent appeared to return gains thwy keep promising.
It all appears a scam until proven othwrwise.

Scamed me out of £2500 and i lost everything my flat my parter, very manipulative and out right scumbags

I requested my money back twice, the first time was rejected after 4 weeks, the second time I had a phone call after the request by an account manager I had never spoken to before who was very rude to me because I wanted the money out, all he wanted was for me to put more in. He finally said he would start the process. after 3 week nothing then I have another call from someone from the withdraw dept. (I don't think). I requested he withdraw my money an to stop trading with my money. 3 Mins after that I checked and had £658 in equity. Within the next 10 mins they moved all the money into trading and lost over half. I now know it's a total con.

Update after their reply. The following day I had a call from a new Account Manager who told me that my money was in an account Plan that finishes at the end of August, then I can have the withdraw go through. Her name is Bea Ruyk and she explained things very well and spoke to me with great respect informing me of thing that had not been explained before. She will be talking to me weekly, and I look forward to it. My account balance is back to a previous level.

I am totally fed up with Kontofx. In august 2018 I invested a total of £5250 with them since then I have seen no profit at all and have asked for my money back several times. My emails are not answered and my money has not been returned.

This is a scam. Sure your account grows rapidly, probably too rapidly and the agents are smooth talking. However try to withdraw your funds and then you will see the problems. They are not covered or recognised by the FCA so there is no come back. I was lucky that my credit card company could recall my deposits. The agents will also pressure you into making more investments with them.

Do not use this company, use one that is protected by the FCA

Worst people...
They sweet talk to make you invest money with their trading but what they actually showing in the portals is all trash
They lost my hard earned saving money 25000 euros in 1 week showing me losses in the trading. This is because I asked them to refund my money
my 3 years of saving to buy a house for living all went into this fraud company’s pocket
