"This is the nightmare
con that have been reading for the past six months about kontofx from over 40%
of the people that have left messages on trustpilot and almost 100% of many
other sites. Unfortunately I only read the reviews after I had already invested
3258 pounds plus administration charges. I, the same as many other Kontofx customers, only invested 250
first and after a few days Dylon Landon contacted me introduced himself as my
account manager and explained how the system worked and how Kontofx would make
money whether the market was on the up or down and only entered the market for
a few seconds at a time and as soon as they see that they are losing they come out. He pushed until I agreed to invest
another 3008 which he told me what was needed to buy one bitcoin plus
administration. After about a month of trading and making about 10% profit he
then asked me to put even more money in to the account and I resisted as I had
read the reviews by then and was nervous and asked to agree a long term plan
with him and prepared a plan based on the figures that he had told me was
easily achievable and emailed to him. He then sent me one response how it was
not possible and after that he never responded to my emails or skype messages
or the mobile number in Germany that supposedly was his girlfriend’s.

After that my account
remained in active for about 2 months and kept writing to him, at the end after
writing a few letters to support and admin and told them to cancel my account and send
my money back. I then got an email back that I was being given a new account
manager and that was Frank Kruze. He introduced himself and started working on
the account and made a little bit of money and transferred the money from the original 250 pound account that was supposed to be auto managed and then gave me the proposal for
the gold account with the condition that I put another 5000 into the account
which I said I could not do and then he offered to give me the gold account if
I put 2500 and insisted that I should not worry as at each time only 10% of the fund is going to be at risk and only for a few seconds as explained above. To which I said, I could not immediately and would do it in three months’
time and asked the account to be managed on the funds that was already in it which
by then had reached about 4300 pounds and asked that during this three months period, at the
end of each month, transfer a very small amount like 100 pounds to my coinbase
account for me to see how the system worked. He sent me another note that how it
was important that I put more money in to the account and I sent him a response
that it was just not possible for three months. Then as soon as I say that to him, in just 4 days later I get a call that things have gone sour and all my money has gone,
which I do not belief for one second as based on what I was told it would just not be possible as at close of business before the bank holiday weekend the money was there and on Tuesday 30th April after bank holiday it was gone. After communicating these to my account manager and support I was given a plan to get my money back in 3 months but now the story has changed and my money is lost in the hands of konto. I am still pushing to get my original money back through different channels and if anyone can help please do. I have come to the conclusion like many other contributors in this site that the
whole scheme is one elaborate CON. "

5/10/2019- I left my first review three months ago and as usual I expected KontoFX people to immediately deny and state that you did not do this or that and I would have been fully ready for them as I have done absolutely everything they had asked for. But not a word, which implies that everything I have said about them they have accepted to be true about them.
After reading my reviews if anyone ever trust KontoFX and its representatives with their money must have money to throw away

On 27/03/2019 I supposedly had nearly £19,000 in my account. Then I asked to withdraw £10,000. Was told I would have to wait 3-4 weeks. Was then told I needed to wait until the end of June and I would make more money by then. My account dropped to less than £10,000 in two weeks. Then I mentioned other money I had coming in and my account went up to £15,000 . Then I explained that I still needed £10,000 to cover immediate bills - My account dropped to zero in 3 weeks... If you have already 'invested?', you won't get any back but keep records of everything to add to evidence when they are on WATCHDOG. Yes they are very friendly and helpful while they are taking your money but as soon as they realise that they will get no more, they become rude and unhelpful, quickly draining your account of every penny

I have my account from Avgust 2018 on KontoFX.

I can say all the best regard my account managers Nick Hanson & Chris Patton. I had severaly withdraws in this time and all is made well. I'm in contact with team all the time and I can follow acount from severlay devices. I know exact when some actions are made on my account.
KontoFX is trusted company.
Trading with coins is hard and investmend is save with this team.

KontoFx is a scam.At the beginning you make great profits but the profits are not real.They try to lure you to make more investments. You cannot withdraw funds yourself as the website do not allow you that. They allow one withdrawal at the beginning to make you comfortable and to built trust but once you want to withdraw your investment, your returns become negative until you lost all capital.The company is registered in Estonia but uses a UK number to phone you. The company is not registered with the FCA and you will have no place to complain or lodge legal action if you have lost all your money.Please note, that your trading account will always reflect positive results but it soon changes when you want to withdraw all your funds.

KontoFX do not appear trust worthy to me. Here is why.

A few notes from my diary on KontoFX

14 June 2019 signed on to try to get my withdrawal started and they will not let me sign on because of a “security alert on my account”.
Emailed several time the new account manager, Sean Allen but Emails bounce back.

4/4/19 Ben Keller, my Account Manager rang and said it would cost vast sums of money to withdrawal now and it needs to be in a couple of months. When pressed for a date he said it is at the end of the quarter which end of June. He then said he would ring next week because he had a meeting he was running late for, though he did he explain I needed to put more money into the account if I wanted proper returns as I have only a small account compared with they their clients.

Withdrawal Request for 150EUR on 22 March 2019 at 14.54 GMT.

22 Jan 19. I did not cancel withdrawal Ben Keller informed me that the minium withdrawal was 100 EUR. He wanted me to pay more in which I refused. Emailed him to correct the record 28 Jan 19.

Hi Ben,
Hope you are well. I thought I had better contact you to put the record straight regarding the withdrawal I requested on the 9th Jan. I had asked for 50 EUR, to see if your withdrawal process worked.
I was surprised to see the withdrawal History had been changed on my account.
You said on the phone call of 22 Jan 2019, that the minimum withdrawal was 100 EUR and so you declined my withdrawal. I notice that there is no such specification in the terms and conditions although for Bank wire transfers there is a minimum of 500 EUR, but perhaps there should be a minimum so fair enough.
Yet my withdrawal history was changed from a withdrawal request for 50 EUR. to 272 EUR which was "cancelled by customer" both statements incorrect. Sorry if this sounds pedantic but I have been caught out by companies, who delay withdrawals or services and disappear. Most recently for me, VIP-Crypto, hence why I get over worried about "Terms and conditions" and records.

I have lost all my money the same as others refused to let me withdraw as they had put it in “a plan” never knew what that was no trading then change of “David’s “ then bad dealing means lost all my money and account closed.
Is there any way to get my money back so definitely a total scam?

Hello again . I would like to update my situation with brokers from KontoFX
After I asked Mr Mark Schuster or Schooster ( don’t know how to spell his surname as I see different spellings online )
To send my money on my bank acc I was informed that it gonna take 90 days which will be on 10.05.2019 then he said that he needs to go to USA and someone else will take care of my acc, that was when mr David Jam stepped in . First conversation with him was “hey are you happy ? We nearly doubled your funds???!!! “ I said that I didn’t change my mind, I still need to withdraw my money , Mr Jam said “that’s ok”. Then my money started going down ,
Mr David Jam accused Mr Schuster , said all that because of Mark’s bad investments . value on my acc apparently dropped to £1000 even so when I logged in on the website it shoved £16000 . (Mr David Jam said I don’t know anything about investing money - apparently those brokers now nothing as well). and yes if I want to they can send me back that £1k if I give him that on paper ... today when I logged on KontoFX website my acc value said that there is only £ 1600 , so I lost hope at all in that people , good brokers , ah and small news when I WhatsApp mr Schuster, my messages sims not getting through to him, did he block me or there is no internet in America??? It seriously pissing me off that people can be so cruel and take all your money , how can they sleep at night?

I am really dissatisfied. I tried to get my money back as they say you can start with 250$ but then want you to invest more and keep phoning you to put in more funds. I am still struggling to get my money back.

In the beginning when you start with them they are very friendly, but when u wish to withdraw they don't respond at all... They only do business with certain countries, which I wonder why. They don't communicate with you further when you ask to withdraw money and even put the phone down in your ear. I do not recommend them at all... Please read all the reports people have said about them here as well as online on Facebook. They do not have a good reputation... Trust pilot I would recommend you look at all the reviews of this company as we can't all be in the wrong... KontoFX is the one who is not delivering on the services they offer. They seriously need to be investigated.

Stay away from these scammers, if your already involved with them kiss your money good bye, as soon as you try and withdraw your money they place a loosing trade and ignore you.How they are allowed to take credit cards is beyond me when 100,s have been scammed.

I wanted to get my money back 3 months ago,and i was told by my broker, that i have to wait 3 months (end of May 2019) due to ongoing trades.Ok,so i waited faithfully,and now when i contacted them 3 days ago,they give me the same crappy story,and they dont reply to my mails.They use our hard earned money to make them millions,and have all this crappy stories when you need your cash.Empty promises,that's all they are good at!

This is a follow up from my last review which I did not give Konto Fx a good rating. However, I am very pleased that the company refunded me my deposit which I have requested. I must say that the process was an amicable one and I appreciate the effort by their customer care department to ensure that I retrieve my deposit. Special thanks to Mr. Martell.

Sometime ago I put on a review about Kontofx re my account with them. I first lodged £250 With this company in September 2018. The account manager insisted thalt I needed to lodge more money to enable to make more on the trading. Eventually I had a contract with them which I had a large sum of money deposited in the account. I was told that when the contract was up in February 2019 I could withdraw what I had deposited in the account and then trade with the profits made. However the accounts manager informed me that he would no longer be managing the account and that there would be a new account manager. When I asked the new accounts manager about withdrawing my deposit he informed that I couldnt do that but asked for more money to be lodged in the account. The account had accumulated up to the sum if £81,000. When I said I wasn't depositing any more money it just traded away to nothing inside a week allegedly. I dont believe the money was traded but I believe I wss scammed of my hard earned money which I was hoping to leave to my family when I pass away as it was to be a nest egg for them but now I have been left with nothing. I advise others to stay clear of this company as I wish I had done my research before doing what I did. You will lose your money like I have done.

I wrote a review and KontoFX reported it an from an ethical or political point of view.

I keep getting hounded by calls that I do not wish to receive and have always asked politely to be removed from their contact list but this apparently is not possible. I have emailed asking this but no reply either.

I'm not interested and yet they do not seem interested that they are wasting their time contacting me over and over again.

I started with Konto in August 2018 my account manager was Dan Mayer. He made you feel like a friend. He made me think that we had a great relationship. Told me stories, even sent me pictures of his kids or he said they were anyway. Things (as I thought) were going well, I even had 2 returns on my cash. but then stupidly I was persuaded to invest in an ICO (initial coin offering) this is where a new crypto coin is released. Dan told me he was investing in this and thought it would be great to celebrate together. The man behind this ICO was called David. To cut a long story short it didn't go well, and I was told to cover the investment with insurance, which I did. In the end, when the ICO so-called failed (now I believe it was all made up) the insurance never paid out as I was told it would. I lost the initial investment, the insurance money and if that wasn't enough they emptied my trading account too. So I am told, Dan and David lost their jobs. I was given to another account manager called Greg,( who I believe is untrustworthy now too) he wanted me to invest more to get my money back! Or there was nothing he could do. He also took over my partner's account and when she asked for it to be stopped and the money returned he or someone traded the money away. She wrote a review and mentioned Greg in it. He messaged me the next morning and said "now I will check the case when your friend get down the review of me" I told him that sounded like blackmail. Then he must have had a change of heart and after pestering and pestering she got under half back and was told there will be no more. Now he won't return my calls or messages and I think he's changed his phone number.
Wouldn't you think, if 2 people had lost their jobs by being fraudulent in their actions you would be able to claim your money back through the company?
KontoFX is just a platform or a front that you see on your screen. The figures you see in your account are fictitious. There is no one that works for Konto that you can speak too if anything happens. You are always directed to an account manager who works for him or her self and they hide behind KontoFX
Please please do not invest with this company, there is absolutely nothing you can do when it goes wrong.
I am expecting this review to be removed like many others that write bad ones but all I have said is the truth, and I have kept all the messages from the people I have mentioned.
I am obviously taking legal advice on this and hopefully one day they will get what they deserve. It's a small world!!

Currently trying to withdraw a portion of my accounts funds. Over a month ago made the request and it was pending until two days ago where it now says it was rejected. Have been trying to contact and have had a minimal contact since.

Had a bad time with this company a while back last year, I’d never advise to trust or believe them unregulated an strange business practices ,fact an truth ,they will try to counter this review with there normal denial routine. Internet is full of there x clients leaving negative feedback that says it all, I’m doin well now in London with a regulated investor.

First i have tried to withdraw a little funds to se if it works, but then i realized that it is a scam and have been trying to se how far i can get.
Now they have simply invested all the money and lost it so that i have nothing left. (I only invested a little).
What I know is that it is the same people that are contacting us, so it will be possible to find these people.
I have started a search which has identified some of the involved people and I will together with others go directly for all involved persons.

I am 50yr old Lady who was conned into investing sums of money into this company because I was promised that I could get access to my money and I wanted to invest to help my son through college. I have been trying to get my money back as I have been getting into financial difficulty and they are now refusing to give me any money. I have been sending continuous messages to a person who says he is the senior wealth manager who suddenly took over from my broker to see if I could get some help but I keep getting fobbed off with excuses like its still the earning season or its too early! Too early for what!!!!
I know people such as us try our best to check these companies out! These people should not be able to treat us in this manner. Is there not anything that can be done to help us in some way. If you are looking for a safe place to invest your money I would advise you to place it in the central reservation of the M25!

I was promised money withdrawal between 15th of may and the 21st of may, on the 15of may i tried to log in ti withdraw money and surprise surprise.... i couldnt log in due to a suspicious activity on my account, this company is a load of BOLLO**S that will con anyone!!!!!
