KontoFX 

Opened account with Knonfx in January 2019 with a sum of £250, I was impatient and lost £64.21p. Received a call from a account manager and invested a further £500.
It grew to twice original amount, I requested a Withdraw of £750 first week in April 2019. The amount was authorised on the 18th April 2019 and was in my wallet on the 25th April 2019 and in UK bank account within two hours.
A good service from Danik and customer care department.

I recently signed up on their website, only to have second thoughts the next day and chose not to go through with it. I received a call from KontoFX that afternoon, and I informed the man on the phone of my decision and asked not to be called again. I then received another call the following day, and again informed the lady on the phone that I was not interested and please could they stop calling me. I've since had an average of 5 calls a day the last 4 days, each from different numbers meaning I can't block the number. I've also emailed in to request not to be called but got no reply.
KontoFX - if you're reading this, please, PLEASE stop calling me. I would have thought after asking 2 seperate employees to stop calling me and emailing you directly you'd respect my privacy and data and delete my number from your system as requested. If you are reading this, please also delete my account entirely.

I opened account early November 2018 with fund of 250 this guy called Peter nelson used to call me every day promising me good profit to rise my found. then he asked me to top it to £2500 and it was making profit but I didn't know that is a platform to deposit more founds!!! so than he asked me if I put £30000 he could double it before end of the 2018!! I I feel so stupid to believe him because as you know that is never happened. any way this Peter nelson got a promotion and left me in agony!!this other broker take over my trading account blame Peter for lost !! so he asked me to deposit another £2500 to insure the trading account agents any lost.and that never happened. sine than my founds from nearly£38000 I invested gone more than half about less than £16000!!!and this another trader so called David jam keep blaming the market !! when I signed my contract with them they guaranteed retuning the founds within two mouths or the minimum cover the loan payments which I took for this matter.none of that never hapend for last six mounts and my money shrinking in there as they say trading account , and I call it trading scam!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE PLEASE. and I will chase this matter as I work hard and won't let them take my money in respond of the replay. this person has been contacted me on 9/052018 all he was interested was this review not sorting my issue I asked his name and he said my mother didn't give me a name!! really dose kotofx care has got any name. if you are real person why don't you put your name on your reapply. what are you afraid of!!?

I am having trouble getting my funds from this broker. I gave them two stars because they could be good in the long run. I am getting frustrated because it had been more than 10 working days since I put in a withdrawal. They are hoping I will cancel my withdrawal request. I tried to take trades and because I was losing I stopped and want to close my account.

Was with them a couple of months tried to withdraw my money there only supposed to use 10 percent when trading but as soon as i tried to withdraw my money started to disappear he said it's because I was withdrawing the robot takes over poke to the manager she assured me my money oils be in my account on the 19th of April which was six weeks when it say on there contact it would take five to ten days to appear if you withdraw and still nothing and now I can't even get on to the app I am not going to let them away with it and I now don't feel safe going by trustpilot sharonmcfadden

I am working with KontoFX for the past 6 months now.

In the beginning, I was very skeptical and scared to invest, but my account manager, Dan Mayer, helped me and guided me towards a successful and satisfying investment.

So far I invested few tens of thousands, the returns are great and also the withdrawal process is simple once I am on the same page with my account manager, I withdrew my money multiple times when I needed.

I am suggesting you try and see for yourself, a good and genuine company with good service and performance.

KontoFX is a company I would not recommend. I invested a small amount of money and after some initial promise I read more and more negative reviews and received lots of telephone calls (daily) from KontoFX asking for me to invest some more money. When I eventually decided that I wanted to withdraw my money (due to the irritating calls and bad customer reviews) on a call I've recorded in March they still haven't come back to me, have continued to trade using my funds and surprise, surprise over the course of the two days in April they lost the lot - despite saying they would only ever risk 10% of the fund in any transaction - they continued to make more and more transactions. I will be seeking legal recourse on this matter as they had an instruction on this matter from me in March and yet continued to trade. Avoid these guys would be my firm advice. Ben W
Since writing this review I've been contacted by KontoFX again - David Jam (an alias I believe) and told to open a bitcoin wallet and they will deposit the money I am owed there. When I refused to do this and told them to return to the account from which I deposited funds he called me "annoying" and put the phone down - real class act these guys but good ammunition for legal recourse.

Its has been over 2 weeks since withdrawal request has been sent and also email has been sent to KontoFX has not replied

I have little if any experience of investing in markets various, but the gentleman to whom I have been speaking has explained both the profit and possible loss of various investments. Whilst I would not claim to be an expert now, at least |I am a deal wiser as to how the markets work and what my options may be and how much risk I would consider taking. I accept there is no gain without pain, but the market is a very volatile scene and one needs professional guidance which I feel I have been given. Let us hope I am not wrong!

they are one of the worst brokers out there, as you transfer the first funds they already decided to steal long as they think you invest more they are friendly and tell you how much profit you can make but soon as you stop investing or you want to withdraw they will find many excuses and explanations why you cant withdraw and then the trades start to lose money until the account is on zero.
if you want your funds back they will tell you it is not possible because the money was lost on the markets but this is a lie they use a manipulated trading platform to steal your money so everything looks good a the beginning to keep you interested. but soon as they think there is nothing more to take they will lock you out and you never hear again from them!

I'm very pleased with the services that I have received so far. I have a good profit so far. I hope that everything is going to continue as well as now an in the future.

I started 2 month a go trading with Konto . So far i have some good profit over the invested funds i did . The service that they are providing for me is very good . They are explaining me every thing very simply so i can understand it . I hope that everything is going to go as well as now in the future .

I do have a nice manager, Mr. Armin, who is helping me and explaining about everything that is happening in my Konto account .
I like the fact that there was an opportunity to try something, that turn well and that the funds increased and it give me trust for the future .

I have invested money with KontoFX and is very satisfied. My manager Dan Mayer came up with a written investment plan in how they are working with my money and I am very happy how it is going. I can highly recommend them and look forward to my returns in the future. In the beginning I also got a $200 profit deposit into my bank account to show me how the company works. Great work to a great team.

I`m very pleased with my iterations so far with me account manager Manuel . We have achieved a profit of 100% so far with a minimum funds of 250 euro . I hope that everything goes well in the future .

Awful experience I wish I had never done it put in 275 into the account then had a change of heart and been trying to get it back but the money always seems to be in the trade market even though I have said don’t trade anymore I’m hoping this week I will be able to get the money back but yeah they always saying why you want to leave really people have a choice to leave anything so why question why I want to leave

In my first month I have been very happy with this company, Adam is an excellent adviser and communicator.

New investor with no real idea of what to expect. Daniel has been a great person to advise me, as needed and yes, a good sales man with a great sense of humor.
He has provided great returns as he said he would. I am happy to keep trading with KontoFX and I understand there is a risk, and its about managing that risk. Daniel has given me sound advise thus far.
Looking forward to growing my account for greater reward.

I would recommend this company for investment. Services form this broker is excellent. I am very happy with service of Johannes Meckler who is care about my portfolio.

Update 3.

I have received a full refund today from KontoFX. It has taken two weeks, which I believe is normal for Visa refunds.
So, despite everything, I am happy with the outcome and changed my rating accordingly.

I have deposited £250. Unfortunately only read the bad reviews after.... so, a day later, worried and with a change of hart i asked for the money back, which I have NOT yet invested!!! Shortly after my refund request started receiving unpleasant phone calls from Johannes Meckler. Also contacted my Bank's fraud office.... If I do get my money like I was promised, I will change the review. Until then...... just DON'T part with your money

Update 2.
Natwest fraud officer told me £259.74 was taken from my account. This is NOT the amountI authorised. More concerned than before. Received (5-6) argumentative calls yesterday, and two this morning, which they now deny. I'm told i had no phone calls. (?)
A manger of Koto also called me claiming they have refunded me and demanded to change my review, which I will, once the money is back on my card. Funny how money goes out of the account instantly, 'real time' but takes 10 day to refund.... To be clear; I used a debit card, not a credit card.
