Mailed them about a faulty product asking details a few weeks ago. Have not heard anything since. Customer service seems non existent. Be aware.

terrible customer service
I purchased 2 of the nordic light Bluetooth speakers. While the product is fine, the pictures include a candle. There is no candle shipped and nowhere in the description does it indicate that the candle was not included? I contacted the company to attempt a resolution, even purchasing the candle separately, albeit discounted for the misleading advertising. Rather than attempting to create an amicable solution, they were extremely dismissive.
It's regrettable that a company with a nice product does not extend their engineering to their customer service.
