protein shakes only 90 days until expiration
I ordered LOTS of protein shakes (to be within the free shipping amount) just to find out that they all have less then 90 days until the expiration date. That was a shock, as I use these protein shakes for years and they always have at least around a year until they expire. If I had known that I would have not placed an order. If I had bought just a few this would not be a big deal, but now it is, so I am not a happy customer. Otherwise, the speed of the shipping and packaging was very good. ----updated a few days later: was contacted by Koopjesdrogisterij and offered to return some of the products with short expiration date, I appreciate that, however, it is currently not an option for me as I just had shoulder surgery and arm is immobilized and in a sling, so cannot pack anything or handle any return packages, but I added one more star.

Slow response and failed order fulfilment
Order number 5000496327.
I placed an order of 4 items. 3 out of 4 products are not available in the end. So they deleted those items out of my order and shipped only the 4th which is a small item that I bought on the side (not the main thing I need). As a result, I paid the delivery cost to ship a product that is the same price of the delivery cost…
I am not happy with the service (it also took a long time before I got update on my order), should have trust the similar reviews on Truspilot.

Product is great but delivery a disaster. Re-scheduled several times after I had rearranged my plans; then a van turned up but it did not have the product; then told it had been delivered when it had not; then a fresh order made. In the end four different days and times given for delivery. No explanation for all this irritating runaround.

Your first package was returned to us, because it was damaged on its journey. I don't have any clue, why this is not mentioned in the track and trace information from PostNL. But it declares the journey this package had made.
And that's the reason why we made a second order to send you the goods. It seems that that package was deliverd within a day at your place.
Hopefully the next time it will go easier and in one delivery attempt at the next day 😊

Zero customer service
So I ordered four boxes of a particular tea. I received one and three of another flavour. I contacted them. Heard nothing. Contacted them again. Heard nothing. Contacted them AGAIN. And have now lost patience. Appalling customer service. Sure if they had said "sorry we dont have your tea, here is a replacement", that would have been fine. But to blatantly ignore me is just rank. Will never use them again.
