Update: I just sent them the info they requested. ( I have already emailed them this same info several times over he last 2 weeks and received no reply or refund.) I will keep this site updated.

They deducted €96,93 from my bank account, but 7 days later I still had not heard a word about my order. They advertise orders are shipped in 1-5 working days. I emailed to ask what was the hold up. They emailed a form letter saying their computer system was down and they could not fill any orders. I responded and asked for a refund then. They responded with a credit note for a refund, but never actually refunded the money back into my bank account.14 days later they have still not refunded my money, nor do they respond to further emails. Looks like I will have to file a police report.

Hi, I have bought a pack of tea. In 5 days I got email where I was informed that Koopjesdrogisterij doesn’t have this item on they warehouse, besides of this supplier also doesn’t have this item. Already 2 weeks I try to have contact with Koopjesdgogisterij via email and chat but there is no result. I even can’t get my money back. Wat a terrible service!!!!

Promised delivery time of 1-5 days has been exceeded by THREE times as long and order still has not been shipped. Even after promising it would be on 3 Feb and again on 6 Feb. Unreliable. Unprofessional.
Do not waste your money and your time with them.

This is by far the worse experience that ever occurred with
Koopjesdrogisterij.nl.
I made the purchase back on 13th December 2022.
20th of December 2022, the parcel was sent; however, during these two months of waiting for my package and refund from this company, I have been extremely disappointed. I never received the parcel, and Koopjesdrogisterij.nl refused to refund my money.
First of all, I paid €78,71 back in December 2022. During these past two months, this company has offered to refund me and promised to do the investigation with post.nl; we have done at least twice the research that post.nl has never received my parcel, so I requested a refund by December 2022 and January 2023.
Now it is over two months; the company asked me to check at the pickup point, whereas the post.nl app mentioned that the parcel never arrived and as evidence that the package also never arrived at the pickup point.
It is also two months since Koopjesdrogisterij.nl refused to refund my payment.
Even yesterday, the company asked me to check at the pickup point and kept ignoring that I requested a refund at the beginning of January 2023.

I am not pleased with your ignorance of my request for a refund and keep finding excuses to share on Trustpilot that you have helped me and responded to my email. How dare you think you keep asking me to return to the pickup store and refuse to refund the money I paid after receiving no parcel, no service, and no care, but the worst customer experience, and as a business, koopjesdrogisterij.nl breaks the rule of taking my money and without intending to supply.

This is a company full of dishonesty, rated the worse customer experience, full of false promises to the customers and took customers’ money without any decency to fulfil the supply.

They are scammers don't order from this website....you will never take your items never never.
I lost 147 euro

I didn’t get my order for 3 weeks so I reached out to ask where was my order. They replied, apologized and said they don’t have 1 of the 2 items I ordered. It was my first order - and my last

I have ordered for the first time because of the wide product range and reasonable prices. It took a while to receive my order but that was a problem with PostNL and Monique from Koopjesdrogisterij helped me to sort it out, also they sent me a new box until the previous parcel is found. I recommend it!

I have never seen such terrible service! I still haven't received my order! Now I receive a letter from you that you sent it to me incompletely! What does it mean? Who will compensate me for my losses? I waited 5 days! And got nothing!

Waiting for days for a product they can't deliver. Got an e-mail that there is a delay because they are out of stock. According to the webshop they have them in stock. Don't like this way of selling, never buying here again.

I have been a client for several years now. In short the prices are good, delievery within a week, never fails, order is always correct, communication with them is always fast. This website is my favorite for buying vitamines and health supplements, and I highly recommend it!

On their website they displayed items as available, then they sent me an email that it is out of stock!
I asked my money back, no reply from their customer service team, no money has been paid back!!!

not sure why they are sending out, "out of stock" emails..... is this a kind of insurance policy for excusing themselves in advance?
