So i tried to buy albums from kpop usa and honestly i got scammed i lost $55 dollars for nothing and they told me i would have my money back but i never did. And they wanted to give them more money. Don't buy from that place they will take your money away

If I could give this site a zero star I would. I buy hundreds of dollars in kpop albums every year. I bought 4 preordered kpop albums from them. When I ordered them the site did not give me an option for the posters that the groups company said comes free with the preordered albums. I assumed that since I am suppose to automatically receive the posters free with my albums that when they came in the mail the posters would be with them but no they were not. I emailed the company and got a rude response From the company showing me my receipt that said “no poster” at the bottom. Because the poster is suppose to come with the album I thought that “no poster” was meaning no extra poster. When I explained to the company that their site did not give me a poster option and that I would even pay the shipping if they would send me my 4 posters that I am entitled to, the response was very nasty and the website basically said we are not going to send me my 4 posters that is suppose to go with my albums. I will be going through another company to order my kpop albums from now on and I would not recommend anyone buy from this company. They are sneaky, rude and does not always send you all of your merchandise. This is not the first problem that I have had with this company but it definitely my last one.

- During COVID-19 so KOREAPOST was unavailable for UK shipping so I had to use DHL.
- Another review I saw said that the customer had to pay an additional £34 for customs and that they were not told about it. The site very clearly states that they are not responsible for taxes / customs and that it is entirely your fault if you don't pay them

Overall:
- I had a great experience with kpopmart and will be using them again
- Make sure to fully read the site for all the information before buying though, just in case there's some small print you miss

Honestly, I never write reviews about anything but I thought this site definitely deserves some credit. For starters, the customer service is great, every time I contacted them (we went back and forth quite a lot) I got a response within 24 hours, if not within a few hours. Something that really attracted me to this website was that they send you a picture of your order in the box before it gets shipped out, now me being a bit of a control freak I definitely appreciate this. They sell authentic merch for a great price, however, the shipping can be quite expensive but considering you wouldn't buy let's say an army bomb at a venue for $30 either I think it's just a part of the marketing. It's also standard express shipping so I guess that's also partly where the money goes to, no complaints, however, just something to keep in mind. I really have nothing negative to say about this site beside the shipping costs but if you are smart and buy a few things at a time you can actually save money because the prices of the product are already lower than let's say on Amazon.

On 18/06 I bought 4 albums and requested 2 different versions for one of them (which were supposed to be picked randomly), they answered the same day and were very polite. On the 24/06 they shipped my package and sent me 2 pictures : one of the package with all the albums visible (they effectively gave me 2 different versions so that was very satisfying) and one of the delivery ticket (with the tracking number etc). I used DHL for the delivery and it arrived on the 26/06, so it was very fast (Europe). Each album was packed with great care. I would totally recommend this shop.

I ordered two light sticks recently and one of them came in broken, I contacted customer service and they responded really quickly! After checking with the manufacturer of the product they gave me a refund. I would totally recommend this place!!!

normally, i have a good experience with kpop mart however this time, it has been terrible. I spent a lot of money on shipping (£34) and no other shipping options were available. My parcel was meant to be shipped 1 - 2 business days after ordering but it took 2 weeks and I was meant to receive my order 4 days after shipment however i still dont have it. Instead, i am being charged a ridiculous amount for customs which i was not told about until they SHIPPED my item. I couldnt cancel my order and they said that if i did, i wouldnt be refunded a single penny and that instead, i would have to pay ANOTHER £34 for it to be shipped back to their warehouse which should be their own responsibility. When i was having trouble with information on customs they were no help and basically said it wasnt their problem. I will not be ordering from here again after this bad experience and after having a LOT of my money completely wasted.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I was extremely impressed with this store I thought I had to. I ordered a few albums from them after waiting over 2 weeks for another Kpop store (Kpoptown) to ship out my order (still waiting at this time of this review being written) and I was sick of waiting. First of all, the prices of the albums themselves were very reasonable, and even with the shipping cost added (UPS) each album worked out to be only €16. Granted, I did order 10 albums but I've found with websites like these the more you buy, the better value the albums will be. As I am working on my collection, it was a good deal on my part, but if you are only buying one or two albums, it might not work out as well. I bought random versions of the BTS Tear and Answer albums, and when I requested for specific versions, they fulfilled my request, which I thought was excellent customer service on their part. Another thing that I love about this store is when they send you a shipping notification, they send a picture of the albums you ordered, which I found very helpful. They were also very quick to ship out my albums; I ordered them in the evening and I received a shipping notification the next morning! They also arrived very quickly; in only 2 days, but that is with the UPS shipping. However, if you are buying a large number of albums as I did, I think it is worth it. I am very satisfied with this website and I most certainly will be ordering from them again.

I pre-ordered a The Boyz album with a unfolded poster. It was shipped a day after the album was released and arrived a week after it was, which is great! BUT I did not get a notification that it had arrived. Five days later I found ut that it had already arrived trough tracking the album. It arrived in good condition tough the box had a rip in it ( which is not their fault! ) everything was in good condition except the poster. The poster was crumpled at the top and bottom, even tough it was in one of those tubes and in another box. /This was probably not caused while it was shipped. Fast shipping but damaged poster, I'm kinda disappointed.

I ordered a BTS hoodie in September it has been 4 months and I still haven’t received it. I’ve trued messaging on Instagram and emailing but no response wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Albums are well packaged but often take long periods of time to ship.

I have never had any problems with them. I started ordering albums on kpopmart in 2017 after I got a bad experience with one of the other websites. All my items arrived on time. I also emailed them before. They respond quickly and they're very nice.

I ordered the bts airpods in early October. I never heard from them after i payed. I tried contacting them from Instagram and I messaged them. I am still waiting for my order or at least a reply. I have a feeling I got scammed.

So a few weeks ago, I ordered the bts 'airpods' and I hadn't heard anything about my order, so I tried to go back on the website, but its not closed and it has been for around a week now, and I dont know what to do. I live in the UK so I understand that it can take a while to arrive, but I also dont know whether I've been scammed or what.

I buy from here all the time, it's great for when bigger websites run out of stock like for example ktown4u. Most albums come with a poster unlike some other websites, other websites mostly send out posters only for first press and pre orders. It is a bit more expensive than some other websites just by maybe a few dollars for albums but there is one thing that kpopmart does that no other website does and that is they send a photo of your albums with the shipment notification email. It's good if you buy a lot of albums and always have packages coming and you don't know which is which and so after seeing the picture of your package you know how it looks.

Bought a BTS hoody and never received it even after they said it was out for delivery .. worst thing is that I have received no response to numerous emails asking for feedback or refund .. first and last time user of this site .. beware !

I ordered a hoodie from kpopmart a month ago. Still I didn't get any information about the product. I wrote mails to them but I have not received any replies as well. I don't think their service is reliable and it is "my personal opinion". It was my very first purchase in kpopmart and my first BTS hoodie. I don't think I recommend to purchase in kpopmart.

I bought my 1st album on Kpopmart after going back & forth from different sites & heavy consideration because it was my 1st time. I love that they send a picture in email when it gets shipped out, it’s so nice never change please. I live northwest of the USA, payed for small package & hoped it didn’t get lost. It didn’t! & came to a local post office for pickup. If you’re curious, I pre ordered Jennie’s Solo album. It came with the lenticular photocard advertised only on Ktown4u from what I saw so I was pretty surprised and satisfied with my order. My friend ordered from Ktown4u but she ended up not getting the photocard & our packages arrived at the same time even though she ordered express shipping with tracking.
My 2nd album, just pre ordered it a few days ago, I wanted to try other sites but went back to kpopmart in the end because it was the best option; cheaper than others & reliable. I had a slight problem with the album being released & shipped but not being in the country because of summer vacation so I emailed kpopmart & they replied very quickly, within 24 hours, mine was about 5 hours. They fixed my shipping date to a later date considering my schedule & I could easily change the dates of shipment time. I pre ordered Kang Daniel’s Color On Me. I’ve only received one album from them so far but packaging was well protected & came with no issues without tracking. I ordered Kpacket with tracking for my 2nd album since I don’t even want to take chances of losing it haha. It ended up being cheaper overall even with extra shipping vs just the total album price before shipping prices on other sites.
