Hey guy's I'm very disappointed with your service. I ordered a hoodie or sweatshirt on 9th Nov and after waiting 17 days on 25th Nov I received a wall light switch. And I also send 3-4 mails to inform you that I got wrong parcel.
Still waiting for your reply.....

After being disappointed with some other site where I ordered kpop albums a lot of people reccomended me kpopmart.

My order arrived sooner than I expected it. It arrived in 22 days, WHICH IS AMAZNG because I ordered a k-packet and k-packet arrives in 10-23 busuness days! (I expected it a lot later because of my bad expreience with the previous site where I got my orders really late.)

My order also came in perfect condition!

I also want to add that I love how they send you pictures of your package & what they put in the package, because it already happened when I ordered on some other site that they sent me wrong albums - they sent me 3 boy group albums that I don't even listen to instead of my girl group albums. This shows that kpopmart really cares and they take their time for their customers.

I reccomend this site to everyone who what their things to come on time & in perfect condition.

I have a bit of mixed feelings. I ordered an album back in march and I had nothing to complain about. They were fast to ship and I got the album really fast aswell. The album was in great condition.
BUT... September 9th I ordered 2 BTS albums and I didn't recieve a shipment notification mail from them for many days. I thought that they would ship it some day so I tried to be paitient. But Sep. 22nd I was looking at the other BTS albums and noticed that one of the albums I had ordered was gone from the page. So I contacted them and asked if I could expect to recieve what I ordered. Their reply was that they had been really busy so they forgot to confirn a shipping schedule by accident and that they would ship my order after the weekend. I thought that it's was acceptable since I knew that they could have been busy with orders since BTS' new album would come out around that time so I figured they would be busy because of that along with the rest of the orders they get. After about 3 weeks I finally recieved my package and everything was fine.
But then this happened... After recieving my package I would like to order another album. When I came to the payment part I chose where it said "Pay with your card or your PayPal account". So I thought that I could choose what I wanted to use but I was automatically sent to the PayPal site. To make things worse PayPal said I would have to pay 1.374 DKK when in reality it would only be around 180 DKK. In fear of PayPal taking about 800 DKK more than it should I didn't continue. Instead I contacted kpopmart and asked that if I closed my PayPal account, would I then be able to use only my card. Their reply to that was that all payments with card should be done through PayPal. They also said that I could check other payment methods. And that I did. I refuse to use PayPal since I don't trust them, especially after watching the reviews on trustpilot.
I then checked the other payment methods where one of them was only available in two countries, one was in korean and was just confusing in general. The last one had almost just as bad reviews on trustpilot as PayPal had.
From what I got from it, they force their customers to use payment methods that are not very safe to use despite what the sites says.

I was very split between whether I should give them 2 or 3 stars. The reason why I give them 3 stars is because the products you recieve is in very good condition, the customer service replies fast and answers your questions, their prices are acceptable (only the shipping is kind of expensive) and the shipping time could be worse.
The bad things is that they write that you can pay with card OR PayPal when in reality you don't have a choice. In that case they shouldn't write "or" when you don't get to pick what way you want to pay if you choose "pay with card or PayPal account".
Another bad thing is that you are being forced to use things such as PayPal even if you don't want to use (or trust) PayPal.
I also think it looks bad that some of their payment methods have so many bad reviews.

Unless they change the payment methods so that you have a choice whether you want to use your card or other payment methods, I probably won't use this site again since I don't trust PayPal and such.
It's really a shame because they are the cheapest site for buying k-pop albums that I have come across and the things you recieve are fine.

My order was dispatched 29th September 2017 a few bts albums for my daughter 13th birthday. Contacted them Friday 13th asking were the order is? I was told one album out of stock we will issue a refund. I would not have known if I had not asked. Surely when dispatched you realise 1 album short never mind issuing a refund maybe they won't notice..wont be using these amateurs again.. items still not arrived will be opening a case paypal non delivery...you have been warned people order number 236113

I am totally upset. Triggered, and this is the first time ever that I am writing a review. I bought an album online for a friend's gift. I paid for a 2-7 shipment to ensure that I have my present beforehand. I kept on checking my account for its status and commented on my order. It wasn't shipped until 20 days when I finally decided to send an email to its customers service. I give them two stars. One because of its quality, I did not receive my current order but I have bought from this site before. At first I was scared because it was my first time buying an album and buying from this site but it was smooth. I thought that it was shipped fast and the quality was great! So I thought I would be satisfied this time too. Another star is for the customer service, quick response, but it definitely ain't a 5 or 4-star experience. The album was around $14 and the shipping was around $33 I paid more than half of the album for the shipment alone, waste of money, tsk. I wanted to give it to her on her birthday so I ordered it like 2 and a half weeks. It's my her birthday tomorrow and I can't do anything about it besides expressing my disappointment. I have trust issues especially at sites. Even though this is probably once in a blue moon, but still, I was deeply disappointed because I waited for it patiently. I just hope I would receive my order this week.

I shopped with them for the first time and for my personal experience, it was great.
I bought the BTS Summer Package 2017 and shipping was $29.10 for K-packet, but it makes sense because it's from the other side of the world. It arrived at about 2 weeks or so.
They email pictures of your order (the inside and the outside) and the outside picture of the box has your tracking number under the barcode. The inside is wrapped tightly with bubble wrap. The outside picture was blurry, so I couldn't make out the tracking number. I emailed them, and they responded in less than 24 hours with my tracking number.
Overall, I would recommend for my first time shopping with them.
Very trustworthy and they have great customer service. :)

I was very hesitant about putting my information in this website but I did for my daughters birthday and it's a very safe website. You won't find a cheaper and better website than this website.

This was my first time ordering a kpop album so I was nervous over which site I should order from. I decided this site and I was very pleased with how it turned out! After the album was shipped it only took 12 days to reach my house (in the US), which isn't too bad considering it came from a whole other country. The album and rolled poster were in great condition and were wrapped nicely, overall I had no problems and would use kpopmart again next time.

I've ordered over 15 products from Kpopmart in the past and my experience was fantastic every time. There's a huge range of products, they ship their items out quickly and very well packaged so always arrive in perfect condition, and their customer service is very fast, friendly, and helpful. My only criticism is the shipping can be a little high, but seeing as I live in the UK that's to be expected.

I love Kpop mart, I bought my first kpop albums (YNWA BTS)! It was very well packed and I loved the bubble wrap.... Like who doesn't want bubble wrap to pop all day? Well the only thing was that it took a long time to come but I understand since it is from South Korea and I'm in America so I understand that and also the shipping. I'm going to be ordering 9 albums soon and the shipping is $67.50, I looked at many other websites and the shipping isn't really the same as Kpop mart. Anyways, Kpop Mart is a great website I recommend using it! The albums come in great condition and also the posters.

Everything was fine, albums were well packed, except for the expensive shipping prices. I chose the 'small air mail' option (no tracking) and it took 35 days to arrive.
Overall I had a great experience and I would definetly recommend this website :)

All the albums I bought were in perfect condition. Posters are nicely rolled in a strong tube, so no damage either. Shipping is fairly quick as well. My only qualm with this site is that shipping is a tad expensive. I understand why it's like that but I still wish they had like a spend $75 and get free shipping or something heh

Amazing service - the staff are really sweet, and the shipment is super fast. When they ship out your order they send your pictures of your order which is super nice. The packaging is great - my items have never been damaged or lost. I've ordered from them many times, and would highly recommend them.
